Saving Murderers and Killing Babies

The Democratic Party's stance on the death penalty and abortion symbolizes its leadership. The party shows compassion toward convicted murderers while supporting the right to abortion, which leads to the killing of innocent babies. For instance, President Biden commuted the sentences of many murderers while advocating for abortion rights, highlighting a moral contradiction.

The political philosopher James Burnham labeled liberalism as an ideology leading to societal decline in his work, "Suicide of the West. " He described liberals as people who oppose traditional morality and believe in a version of human progress. This belief underpins why contemporary liberals refer to themselves as "progressives. " They use government authority to push their ideals onto others.

Barack Obama is often seen as a key figure in the progressive movement. Educated in liberal beliefs, he aimed to change America fundamentally during his presidency, and his election excited many in the progressive community. Comparisons likening Obama to Christ were common among his supporters, showcasing their reverence for him.

Currently, many individuals from Obama's administration influence the Biden presidency. Reports suggest that a "shadow presidency" of former Obama officials is effectively running the government. Questions arise regarding who truly leads the country, as unelected individuals seem to hold power behind the scenes.

The decisions made by those supporting the progressive agenda shed light on their leniency towards violent criminals. There are many cases of serious offenders receiving mercy, creating a striking contrast with their harsh stance on abortion, where they show no compassion for the unborn. This indicates a troubling moral inconsistency within the progressive ideology.

Many progressives have abandoned historical moral constraints and no longer recognize the degradation in their beliefs, displaying an absence of moral awareness.

The article recalls the nomination of Judge Robert Bork by Ronald Reagan, which faced fierce opposition. It highlights the need for conservatives to unite and support their nominees against aggressive left-wing opposition, emphasizing the importance of a solid conservative front in political battles.
