A federal judge has ordered the FDA to disclose over a million pages of documents concerning COVID vaccines, which allegedly contain "eugenics chemicals" intended to reduce the population. This case was initiated by an advocacy group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), which sought information related to the experimental Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines.
The FDA previously argued that it would take up to 75 years to process all requested data. However, Judge Mark Pittman dismissed this claim, stating that the FDA must release the information by June 30, 2025. He emphasized that since the COVID-19 pandemic is over, there is no valid reason to keep this information hidden from the public.
In 2021, the FDA proposed to gradually release information about the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine over many decades in response to a freedom of information request by PHMPT. They suggested releasing 500 pages each month, which would delay full transparency until 2097. The FDA cited the large volume of documents and staffing issues as reasons for this lengthy timeline.
Judge Pittman previously directed the FDA to release 55,000 pages a month to ensure that all requested documents were available by fall 2022. Although the FDA has released many documents, PHMPT's lawyers claim that important information is still being withheld. Plaintiff lawyer Aaron Siri expressed concern that the FDA is attempting to obstruct independent reviews of their vaccine approval process by hiding large numbers of clinical trial documents.
The situation raises questions about the FDA's confidence regarding the evaluation of the COVID-19 vaccine. The court’s decision could potentially reveal more information about the vaccine's safety and efficacy and the processes behind its approval.
