A J6 Testimony

I realized something was wrong when the media's reports on January 6 (J6) did not match my observations. Having been skeptical of media since 1980, I was surprised by how everyone reported the same tone and anger. My first major experience with media corruption was in 2004 when I attended a conference about the link between autism and vaccines. The next day, The Washington Post insisted there was no link, even though the evidence I saw suggested otherwise.

Recalling J6, I noted how Tucker Carlson was fired for showing Capitol footage that contradicted media reports claiming a Capitol Police officer was murdered. Carlson revealed that the officer was seen alive hours later and texting with his brother. Just before his last show, he planned to discuss more discrepancies about J6 but never got the chance, likely due to warnings from Fox News following a costly lawsuit over the 2020 election.

I also faced false accusations regarding my involvement with Officer Jeffrey Smith, who allegedly committed suicide nine days after I supposedly attacked him. Despite video evidence showing the truth, the officer's family continued to claim I harmed him in various ways. They disregarded the video's clarity while the media shared five accurate details about me, presenting lies that could ruin or endanger my life in today's political environment.

This political climate feels staged and artificial, similar to the events of J6. Many people have been questioning the overwhelming propaganda surrounding recent years. Some commentators have noted parallels between the 2020 riots and a CIA tactic used to destabilize foreign governments, suggesting we've become trapped in a state of fear and oppression for dissenting voices.

My civil case is moving forward, and I am the only J6 defendant facing a civil wrongful death lawsuit. Even though prosecution presented various video evidence showing that I never even approached Officer Smith, I remain targeted by media narratives seeking to portray me negatively, despite my long-standing reputation in chiropractic practice.

I feel as though I have been made into a scapegoat, with media outlets twisting facts to paint me as a pariah in the eyes of the Democratic Party. This orchestrated effort seems designed to provoke a reaction from those who align with specific authorities. I am deeply interested in ethics, history, and what humanity seeks. I was drawn to the J6 protest after hearing Trump encourage a peaceful gathering nearby.

My interest in social dynamics began in 1977 when I read about rat overpopulation experiments, observing behaviors like infanticide and suicide in overpopulated environments. I theorized that creatures without predators might turn on themselves, a thought that applies to human societies. It appears that conflict can spur humanity on toward its purpose, despite the destructive tendencies that come with it.

I believe that if we don’t learn from conflict, life holds little value. However, the lessons from the risks and costs of conflict can be significant, which is a perspective rooted in sanity. Noticing the atmosphere of a large crowd gathered, I grabbed my phone and headed out to join them.
