Trump Campaign Suggests It Will Take Pennsylvania Election Case to the Supreme Court

President Donald Trump's campaign signaled it will challenge a federal appeals court ruling over Pennsylvania's election results in the Supreme Court.

"The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature. On to SCOTUS!" Trump's attorney and campaign adviser Jenna Ellis wrote on Twitter.

A federal appeals court denied the Trump campaign's request to keep Pennsylvania from declaring President-elect Joe Biden the state's winner, as IJR previously reported.

Pennsylvania certified its results Tuesday, as IJR previously reported.

"Today certified the results of the November 3 election in Pennsylvania for president and vice president of the United States. As required by federal law, I've signed the Certificate of Ascertainment for the slate of electors for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris," Governor Tom Wolf wrote on Twitter.

The Trump campaign vowed to move forward with legal challenges even after Michigan certified its results.

Trump called into a Pennsylvania hearing Wednesday to claim there is no way he "Didn't win Pennsylvania because the energy industry was all for him."
