This item provides a good assessment of the implications coming out of the Mueller report which this author suggests, and I think rightly so, that Mueller prepared a slanted political vs legal assessment of the facts for consideration by the Attorney General of the United States. It would be interesting to know if AG Barr felt a bit insulted upon reading at least some portions of the report. Former President Obama's Director of National Intelligence James Clapper is still in the business of spinning massive malfeasance he and his fellow collaborators have perpetrated against Trump and American people. It seems that both the U.S. intelligence services, under the leadership of Obama, who worked against Trump in 2016, and the Russian intelligence services under the leadership of Putin, who also worked against Trump, are flooded with idiots.  It is still unknown if they are active or passive idiots. The entire Mueller Report is written in such a way that it becomes immediately apparent that it is not designed for the one to whom it was originally intended by law: the U.S. attorney general.  It is clearly intended not for a legal, but a political effect from its publication.  This farce with the Mueller investigation had purely political goals from the very beginning. The Mueller Report goes on to say the bulk of the investigative work — interrogation of several accused and numerous witnesses — was completed around the end of summer of 2018.  In other words, the absence of corpus delicti was known to Mueller's team a few months before the November 2018 election.  Nevertheless, Mueller remained silent and allowed the "Russiagate" card to play against the Republicans in the midterm elections, as it was intended to by the Democrats, and allowed them to seize the majority in the House of Representatives. Then, in 2018, the idea of fictitious "active collusion" was being exaggerated by the Democrats, and now, on the eve of the elections of 2020, from their point of view, the time of "passive collusion" has come. Now that the Mueller report is out and being dissected by left wing hate mongers and disturbed individuals it is time to turn to an actual set of crimes. There may be crumbs in the report that make Trump look bad but it is unlikely that they will rise to the level of impeachable offenses, or worse.  Many past items have included content detailing actions on the part of the DNC, Hillary's Campaign, Intelligence agencies, the FBI and the DOJ, and even the White House and Obama. These items include serious allegations of unethical, collusion and even criminal activities. This piece provide some insight. Investigative journalist, John Soloman, suggests that he thinks "...next week we’ll be talking about a meeting one year earlier where the origins of the Trump collusion case begin. A whole year earlier. And I guarantee you, it will have been inside the White House. … January 2016, the beginning of Donald Trump’s [difficulties]…” And, "… a very important second phase of this drama is about to begin, as Attorney General William Barr, Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) put the Russia collusion investigators under investigation. Their work will be, and must be, far more than just a political boomerang. Most sane American know that Democrat Representative Jerry Nadler, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is not a nice man, never has been.  He is a highly partisan left winger and prone to nonsensical rants that attack people who differ with him. He ridiculed AG Barr's accounting of the contents of the Mueller report as partisan politics...He is so full of his self righteousness he can't see his own partisanship.  He is one of the people who proclaims with certainty that Trump is guilty of something.  He just does not yet know what it is.  He actually thinks he can prove Trump's guilt. Mueller spent $35 million with 12 partisan Democrat investigators and Hillary supporters but still could not find any evidence.  He proves that Democrats want Trump punished for beating Hillary more than they want to work for the American people.   https://1600daily.com/2019/04/19/former-prosecutor-defends-barrs-integrity/    Their vociferous attacks on Trump suggest their underlying fear is that their own party's misbehavior will be exposed if he is not removed from office ASAP.

Mueller investigated but found no basis to charge Trump. But, he does say in the report that Russian interference in our elections started while Obama was in office but did nothing about it. They must not have read that part of the report or they refuse to acknowledge the truth of what he said. Criminal investigations are now ongoing as to just who and what got the whole Mueller investigation started in the first place. The known evidence is that collusion took place and those being investigated are mostly if not completely anti-Trump Democrats, many of whom are top tier Democrats, including both Hillary and Obama.  Democrats have much bigger problems to address than wasting their energy on trying to destroy Trump, unless that is the very strategy they have chosen to try to stop the investigations into their crimes.    

The Mueller report also highlights the failures of mainstream media reporting throughout the entire Trump/Russian collusion hate fest they led.  Their reporting was filled with a whole bunch of unsourced fake news - irresponsible, even unethical journalistic behavior.
