The
fall out resulting from the Smollett disaster in Chicago continues. Now
the ethics chief in the prosecutors office has resigned. Quote: "In the
wake of the Jussie Smollett scandal,
several members of Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx’s office have
turned in their resignations, including her chief spokesperson. On
Friday the Chicago Tribune confirmed
that chief spokesperson Kiera Ellis, who’d formally served as the
office’s director of external affairs, has already left, while two other
officials — chief ethics officer April Perry and conviction integrity
unit director Mark Rotart — are on their way out. While Perry is
reportedly leaving to accept a job at a tech startup, it’s unclear why
Ellis and Rotart are exiting the company. Some suspect it’s because of
the growing PR crisis facing the office. Earlier this week the office released thousands of internal text messages and emails
in response to a public records request previously filed by Tribune.
These damning texts showed, among other things, that Foxx appeared to
have believed Smollett deserved to have charges dropped against him
because he was an irrelevant, washed-up celebrity who’d merely lied to
the police."

The moral to this story is that left wing justice is not justice at
all.
This
is unbelievable hypocrisy on the part of Mayor Bill De Blasio of New
York City. NYC has been declared a sanctuary city but does not want
Trump to send illegal immigrants to his city. Why not? Being a
sanctuary city is suppose to be a welcome sign for illegal immigrants.
As most things left wing that mantra is a fake ploy - a fake declaration
of how accommodating he and his city are. The truth is De Blasio does
not want any illegals immigrants. He demonstrates once again the
hypocrisy that is so very prevalent in the ranks of the Democrat
party. NYC is already a Democrat stronghold so he wants Trump to corrupt
Republican and Conservative areas with future Democrat voters in those
locations instead. That is what Obama did with his distribution scheme
for Muslim refugees when he selectively placed them in predominately
Republican/conservative segments of the population.
