This past week, locals provided more information related to a recent election that did not comply with local election law.

The citizens of Riverside believe that Art Tinoco, the Riverside County Registrar, and the Riverside County Board of Supervisors are continuing their criminal behavior related to elections.

The locals showed that 123 and 223-year-olds were added to the county's voter rolls.

Individuals were added to the voter rolls the day after the recent election.

LOCAL ELECTION WARRIORS IN HAWAII CONTINUE TO FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPT ELECTIONS SYSTEM

The Hawaii Republican Party challenged the Chief Elections Officers conduct of audits with a case in Hawaii's 1st Circuit Court and although the Chief Elections Officer Mr Nago admitted in court that he did not use the actual paper ballots in the conduct of audits and as required by the statute, the judge declared that the prosecution did not sufficiently demonstrate damages to the Chief Election Officer not following the law.

Following the 2022 General Election, the Hawaii government moved forward with an inauguration ceremony on Monday, 5 December 2022 and presented a Governor and Lieutenant Governor as lawfully elected, and before the election was certified by the Chief Elections Officer for the Office of Elections.

During the 2022 election cycle, Hawaii grass-roots pro se litigants submitted more than twenty court cases challenging various issues identified during the election process.

A year later, during the 2024 Hawaii legislative session, the legislature introduced several election related bills to soften the management of election requirements.

Since January 2024, the commission, who "Advises" the Chief Elections Officer on matters relating to elections, has passed eighteen motions to close loopholes in the management of elections, but has failed to follow up in holding the Chief Elections Officer accountable for the actions they have advised him to do.

One candidate has petitioned the Office of Elections for nearly two years to conduct a random post-election audit in one district, and this was finally approved by the commission but the Chief Election Officer is stalling on conducting any audits until after the 2024 election season.

Rolling into the 2024 election season; and with Hawaii's primary on 10 August, ensuring the validity and reliability of elections in the islands remain a steady upwind battle.

CDC Recommends New COVID-19 Vaccines for Nearly All Americans

"CDC recommends everyone ages 6 months and older receive an updated 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 this fall and winter whether or not they have ever previously been vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine," the agency said in a statement.

The COVID-19 vaccines now available, which are also broadly recommended, target the XBB.1.

Pooled effectiveness estimates from studies of the currently available vaccines, which target the XBB strain, and the last slate of shots, which were bivalent, found that effectiveness against hospitalization due to COVID-19 was below 50 percent, the original threshold laid out by regulators.

Researchers with the CDC and other institutions have also found the protection wanes over time, one reason U.S. officials have turned the COVID-19 vaccine model into a once-a-year update similar to the influenza vaccination program.

Many Americans took the original COVID-19 vaccines but most have opted against receiving the newer shots.

As of May 11, just 14.4 percent of children and 22.5 percent of adults have received one of the currently available COVID-19 vaccines, according to CDC surveys, which also found that many doctors have stopped recommending the shots because they're focused on promoting other vaccines and worry recommending COVID-19 vaccination could increase hesitancy among patients to receiving the other vaccines.

The CDC estimated that up to 116,000 hospitalizations from COVID-19 will be prevented over the next year with universal vaccine recommendations, assuming an initial 75 percent effectiveness against hospitalization.

Who Had Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick ‘Murdered’?

His reported ‘death by fire extinguisher’ was no accident. Congress needs to find out pronto who ordered the hit.

To secure Sicknick's status as a martyr to the cause of democracy, the operatives saw to it that Sicknick's cremated remains were laid in honor in the Capitol Rotunda.

At 2:44 p.m. on January 6, a panicky Capitol Police officer, Lt. Michael Byrd, ignored all standard police protocol and fatally shot 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt, a 14-year Air Force veteran.

On the exposed side stood three Capitol Police officers.

The shooting of a petite, attractive, unarmed young Air Force veteran made it difficult to sell the saga of heroic police officers fending off a rabid mob, especially since all the dead were J6ers, and none of the police was seriously injured.

"You killed a Capitol Police officer with a fire extinguisher." The friend's husband had once been a Capitol Police officer.

The D.C. medical examiner's office performed Sicknick's autopsy on January 8.

More than 3,500 majestic Joshua trees in California's Mojave Desert are being shredded onsite to make way for thousands of solar panels under a plan approved by California and Kern County officials.

Even though many of the trees are estimated to be between 100 and 200 years old, government approval of the solar project in 2021 predated a state decision to protect the Joshua tree under the California Endangered Species Act and last year's enactment by the legislature of the Joshua Tree Conservation Act, which bans unpermitted killing of the trees.

"Avantus is working to preserve native Mojave plants like Joshua Trees while also preserving California's ability to achieve its clean energy goals - and the economic and climate benefits that come with them," the company said.

"While trees will be impacted during project construction, vastly more Joshua Trees are being threatened by climate change caused by rising greenhouse gas emissions, which the Aratina solar project directly addresses." The company provides no evidence for its claim that Joshua trees "Are being threatened by climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions." In addition to the loss of the Joshua trees, which share the same habitat as the threatened desert tortoise, residents will have to contend with massive amounts of dust that will be kicked up during the project's construction.

"It's hard to comprehend." Two recognized subspecies of Joshua trees are native to the Mojave Desert, where they can be found at elevations of 2,000 to 6,000 feet.

The trees enjoy varying degrees of protection in the jurisdictions they inhabit, but those protections can be undermined if a favored project, such as a solar plantation, comes along.

While desert tortoises and Joshua trees are at risk from giant solar arrays on the ground, up in the air, taxpayer-subsidized wind turbines pose a real threat to supposedly protected bald and golden eagles.

More than 1.7 million illegal entries in first six months of fiscal 2024

In Georgia, if Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name would remain on the ballot but no votes would be counted.

The memo from the Heritage Oversight Project warns that policymakers and the public should be prepared for the potential consequences of Biden not running for re-election in 2024.

Administration officials have pushed back on a clip of Biden appearing to wander off during a parachute demonstration.

Illegal migrants who are caught and bussed out of the country can use the "CBP One" cellphone app to get government permission to re-enter the United States, border czar Alejandro Mayorkas declared on June 26.

"CBP One" is a smartphone app that allows migrants to request entry into the United States via an official gate, dubbed a "Port of Entry." Mayorkas's deputies use the process to give a "Parole" legal status to illegal economic migrants.

President Biden has argued that he can bring order to the border, while preserving pathways for people to enter the country legally, by taking a more high-tech approach.

The current legal immigration system allows roughly one million migrants, or roughly one extra migrant for every 3.5 American births.

Mayorkas's migration enables the annual inflow of at least three migrants - or almost one migrant for every American birth.

Mayorkas says he supports migrants and claims the "Core founding principle" of the United States is "Equity," and that he is building an immigration system that ensures "Equity" for migrants who wish to live and work in Americans' homeland.

Biden's unpopular policy is "Flooding America's labor pool with millions of low-wage illegal migrants who are directly attacking the wages and opportunities of hard-working Americans," said a May statement from Trump's campaign.

"Federal subsidies to support renewable energy formed nearly half of all federal energy-related support between fiscal years 2016 and 2022. Traditional fuels received just 15 percent of all subsidies between FY 2016 and FY 2022, while renewables, conservation and end use received a whopping 85 percent."

The Energy Information Administration found that subsidies for renewable energy more than doubled between FY 2016 and FY 2022, occurring before the Inflation Reduction Act became law in 2022 that increased renewable subsidies.

In FY 2022, solar subsidies totaling $7.5 billion overtook biofuel subsidies-the largest beneficiary of tax incentives in FY 2016, having total subsidies of $3.7 billion, with wind a close third at $3.6 billion in total FY 2022 subsidies.

Despite renewable energy receiving over half the federal subsidies in FY 2022, EIA reports that fossil energy in the form of coal, oil, natural gas and natural gas plant liquids made up 79.1 percent of primary energy production in FY 2022.

Biofuels represented 42 percent of total subsidies for renewable energy in FY 2022 while renewable energy used in electricity production represented the other 58 percent.

The largest electricity-related federal energy subsidies were for renewable energy since subsidies for wind and solar each exceeded subsidies for coal, natural gas and petroleum, and nuclear.

From FY 2016 to FY 2022, nearly half of federal energy subsidies were associated with renewable energy, and 35 percent were associated with energy end uses.
