California Certifies It’s 2024 Election Despite Huge Issues – It’s NOT Certifiable

California's Secretary of State, Shirley Weber, certified the state's 2024 Election results despite significant problems. The reported statewide voting statistics included over 16 million voters, with around 13 million mail-in ballots and more than 3 million in-person votes, highlighting a turnout of 71. 43% of registered voters. Weber emphasized the importance of transparency and encouraged voter participation while asserting that every vote counts.

Despite these claims, a professional auditor argues that the election should not have been certified due to serious flaws in the electoral process, including the integrity of voter rolls. A study suggests that about 3. 8 million voter records in California belong to non-citizens, making up 17% of the state's 22. 6 million registered voters. This concern arises from California's policy of automatically adding individuals applying for driver's licenses to voter rolls, leading to a bloated list of non-citizen voters unable to be verified.

The practice of ballot harvesting further complicates the reliability of the voting system. This involves third parties collecting absentee ballots, which has resulted in concerns over illegal practices, particularly following the overturning of an election in North Carolina due to fraudulent harvesting. The lack of adequate controls on harvested ballots in California raises further doubts about the integrity of the results.

Additionally, California does not require voter identification, making it impossible to verify voters' identities. Legislation signed by Governor Gavin Newsom prohibits local governments from asking for IDs, which has led to unchecked signature verification procedures on ballots. Many ballots counted in the 2024 election lack proper identification, leading to uncertainty about the legitimacy of the votes.

The counting process in California also draws skepticism as results are often delayed for weeks. For example, GOP candidates initially led in multiple congressional races but ultimately lost to Democrats after extended counting. Concerns over malfeasance heighten when results change after prolonged ballot counting periods.

A bomb threat during the counting of ballots in Orange County raised additional alarms over election integrity. The counting was paused, and the lack of recorded livestream coverage during this incident has drawn questions about potential ballot tampering.

Overall, the combination of inflated voter rolls, insufficient voter identification, problematic ballot harvesting, and issues during the counting process contribute to a belief that California's 2024 Election results are not certifiable. The Secretary of State's certification is deemed inappropriate given these substantial deficiencies.
