More Foreign Companies Now Licensing American Medical Innovations, Including in China, Russia

In 2023, foreign institutions licensing American technology surpassed American ones for the first time, according to data from an NIH website.

Neither of these bills, though, would put guardrails on foreign entities leveraging our medical innovations at the NIH through patent licensing.
