Appearing on Fox News Wednesday, Clinton administration veteran Richard Goodstein was touting the strong showing of the moderate vote in New Hampshire.
If you bought this bill of goods, you would imagine that the most formidable force within the party now out of power in the executive branch is connoted by the combined percentage of votes picked up in New Hampshire by Buttigieg, Klobuchar, and former Vice President Joe Biden - which together forms the majority of those who took part in the state's Democratic primary this week.
The real winner of the New Hampshire primary Is 48 years younger than Sanders, and can without stretching the truth be called the hard-left conscience of the party to which she belongs: Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of the Bronx and Queens.
The very day after the New Hampshire primary, Klobuchar zoomed straight over to do an in-studio interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, displaying fealty to the left's must-view TV talking head. All the rhetorical volleys we've heard from Warren, Sanders and AOC herself, which were directed at Trump, the oil and pharmaceutical industries, and "Multi-billionaires," will be re-targeted at the new Democratic president, the verbal ammunition adjusted as appropriate.
Her annual wealth tax would hit those worth more than $50 million, with billionaires getting hit with additional new taxation.
So for true New Hampshire winner AOC, it's now on to victory in Nevada, then South Carolina, and the Democratic convention in Wisconsin this summer.
