Nine churches were the targets of arson attacks over a span of three weeks from late August to mid-September in Europe, according to the Observatory of Intolerance and Discrimination Against Christians in Europe.
The sequence of recent arson began on August 25 in Bad Wörishofen, Germany.
They have reportedly made previous attempts to set fire to 15 churches.
Alongside these events in Europe, the United States has also seen a rise in vandalism and attacks on Catholic churches.
Three of the incidents, targeting Catholic places of worship, occurred in the Netherlands.

Vice President Kamala Harris is less concerned about keeping up appearances and is snubbing Catholics by skipping the annual Al Smith Dinner.
