RCP: Most Americans Polled Disapprove of Trump, Congress, Both Parties

Americans are increasingly frustrated with the current political landscape, feeling neglected by their leaders amid rising costs and ongoing conflicts abroad. Polls indicate low approval ratings for President Donald Trump and Congress, leading to discussions about the formation of a third political party.

Recent polls show over 50% disapproval ratings for Trump and Congress. For issues like inflation, up to 67.7% disapprove of Trump's performance.

Americans feel the economy is suffering, with many reporting that they've paid significantly more for essentials due to inflation and the ongoing war in Iran.

Disapproval ratings for Trump include issues like foreign policy (57.6%) and immigration (53.8%). Overall, Trump's disapproval is at 58.5%.

Congress is also facing discontent, with 66.5% of Americans disapproving of its performance, and both the Republican Party (55.1%) and Democratic Party (54.9%) are facing similar dissatisfaction.

Former Trump supporters are pushing for a third party, with Tucker Carlson being encouraged to run for office. They argue that existing political parties prioritize foreign interests over American citizens.

Amid widespread dissatisfaction with current political leadership, there is a potential shift towards a third party aimed at better representing American interests and addressing pressing domestic issues.
