Senator Diane Feinstein is not only a complete left wing hack she is dishonest and completely unethical.  She now wants to change the rules she herself invoked. Esteemed liberal attorney Allen Dershowitz has interesting thoughts to add to the discussion of false accusations.  Quote: "Every one of Swetnick’s claims [the second woman to levy charges against Kavanaugh] should be investigated by the FBI for possible perjury, Dershowitz argued, since she appeared in the interview to walk back her sworn statements. “This becomes a very important educational moment because when you have to teach the women of the world and the men of the world that there is no genetically linked aspect of telling the truth, that women make up stories about alleged events that never occurred and that’s why it’s so important,” Dershowitz told Sean Hannity. “But this is an education moment. And the world is watching. Calling Swetnick “the most important subject to the FBI investigation,” Dershowitz disagreed with Hannity’s comment that she “backtracked” during the NBC interview. “She swore under oath, subject to felony and perjury that certain things happened. She then said they didn’t happen and she changed her view,” Dershowitz continued. “Any good prosecutor, if the evidence shows that she made it up out of whole cloth, should be able to prosecute her and sentence her to prison.”   This applies to Christine Ford as well.

The FBI is took another look at what to date have all been false charges. He had undergone 6 previous FBI investigations with no evidence of anything out of sorts. The second woman can hardly be considered a good witness against Kavanaugh since she has publicly admitted there were lots of gaps of her memory of the night she claims he exposed himself to her.  In a radio interview and affirmed in the link I learned that she met with a lawyer and some of the gaps miraculously got filled in. Incredible how suggestive lawyers can get their clients to remember things they could not previously remember. The power of suggestion is clearly at work.This is just another attempt to destroy a good man for political reasons unworthy of anyone, particularly unhinged dirty dealing Democrats.
