This item proves that Democrats have no regard for the Constitution, simple decency and are filled with abject arrogance in the way they demanded Christine Ford get her way in the manner in which her congressional testimony about a criminal act is conducted. Prior to the start of hearings she and her Democrat enablers demanded that Kavanaugh first defend himself against her charges without being provided an accounting of what those charges are. That is backwards from the way seeking justice and the law works. Her charges against him are that he committed a criminal act on her person. She, then, must lay out her case.  Her problem is that she has no witnesses willing to testify in her behalf, no police record documenting her charges or any credible evidence of any other kind to offer.  The accused in our system of justice is innocent until proven guilty. So, Democrat demands that Kavanaugh defend himself first is about as illogical and unjust as can be.  But as most everyone knows in our country that Democrats (even Democrat lawyers) do not have much regard for either the Constitution or the rule of law. A second woman has come forward charging Kavanaugh with exposing himself to her during a drunken party as a freshman in college. Like Christine Ford's charges hers too are filled with admitted alcohol laced vague remembrances.  What is remarkable to me in this whole mess has been the Democrat's holier than thou attitude.  They are anything but. They act like their party occupies the high ground of morality. That is as hypocritical as can be. Theirs is the party that embraced Ted Kennedy who killed an innocent woman and adored President Kennedy and his Attorney General brother Robert Kennedy despite their well known sexual escapades.  And one cannot forget the multiple sexual assault charges against Bill Clinton throughout both his public service time in Arkansas politics and even during his presidency.  Not to mention the party's actual cover up for years of ongoing sexual harassment and more by Representative John Conyers who not so long ago retired in disgrace. Democrats were most willing to pay his accusers to maintain their silence of his disgusting behavior using government/our tax dollars no less. Their most recent failure to adhere to any behavior standards against their fellow Democrats are proof positive they are void of any self respecting behavior norms. But they sure can slander Kavanaugh while simultaneously dismissing the claims of two women who have accused the Co-chairman of the Democrat National Committee, Keith Ellison, of physically abusing them. Instead of going after him they vigorously pursue Kavanaugh who by all accounts has led a stellar life as an adult. That cannot be said of any of the lives of the over indulgent sexual adult Democrats named above.  In all cases the misbehavior of those protected Democrats far exceeded the charges levied against Kavanaugh, if any are in fact true and I believe they are not true. Yet the Democrat party's own history is well documented with their accounts of protecting its own members charged with sexual misconduct.  Proof of Ellison's assault of his former girlfriend exists but Democrats are not interested in dealing with facts. He, after all, is one of them.
