Worth While Item To Ponder 1

Walter Williams is a great American.  I respect him more than I can say.  He has the ability to make the complicated simple.  This piece is a prime example. As you read this think of the recent debacle Democrats made of the confirmation hearings for Brett Kavanaugh's candidacy for a Supreme Court judgeship. Their cause for concern about his appointment becomes apparent. They are not concerned about obeying and honoring the Constitution.  They are, instead, afraid that will be exactly what Kavanaugh will do and their multiple unconstitutional pet projects will be subject to close scrutiny.   https://www.wnd.com/2018/09/why-leftists-cant-abide-our-constitution/    The Constitution has been abused for so long that Democrats have gotten used to using the rulings of activist liberal judges to get their unconstitutional projects passed into law.

This piece suggests that Trump may well be outsmarting the old tired thinking of so called experts who are focused on Russia.  Quote: "Secretary of Defense James Mattis has announced a strategic alliance with India that was largely ignored by the mainstream media – because most foreign policy “experts” don’t understand what just happened. India has China boxed in to the west. A billion-man army is not quite as intimidating if your next-door neighbor also has a billion-man army and some nukes. Far to the south, Australia is a strong American ally in the region. To the east, we have Japan and soon, possibly a unified Korea. If President Trump succeeds in draining the swamp and normalizes relations with Russia, China is boxed in to the north. The Communist ruling party in Beijing’s dreams of global conquest won’t look so attainable if the nation is completely contained in a Trump-orchestrated box. Just as NATO once served a purpose of containing the Soviet Union, Trump is remaking the map to contain China. This item suggests that the frantic calls for Trump to release classified FISA documents which insiders say prove DOJ/FBI illegal collusion is that his strategy is to do so at just the right time.  This piece explains. Quote: "RealClearInvestigations sought insight into the president’s thinking from current and past senior U.S. officials, most of whom spoke only on condition of anonymity. Things like this prove the mainstream media is both dishonest and dysfunctional because of their senseless liberal bias against Trump.  ABC tried to set a trap to prove Trump's hurricane preparations are fake news.  They walked into the truth instead.  At some point the mainstream media needs to recognize their disregard for truth and the unethical games they are playing is doing them in.  Quote: "Wednesday morning the networks continued their rage against President Trump for praising the federal response to Hurricane Maria last year from the Oval Office and on Twitter. I would like to ask any left wing Democrat to answer these questions. Would you be worried if you knew that illegal immigrants have stolen more than 39 million American social security numbers? If not, why?  If so what needs to be done to fix the problem?  And another "if so" question.  If so, why is it that Socialist Democrats want to give illegal immigrants easy access into our country?
