Does the Federal Government Have Your Permission to Invade Your and Your Children's Privacy

This article depicts the governments attempt to collect private information about our school children.  It also represents continuing evidence that this is what the government is doing on a much larger scale (NSA, FBI, IRS, HLS, HHS, etc.).  I don't know about you but I think this also describes a government seeking to control its citizens by gathering personal information it has no right to have.  What it does or will it do with this information is very much suspect - use it as leverage when it chooses?  manipulate the public to its will?, etc.  I think it is a frightening trend and one in dire need of instant termination.  This data collection of private citizen information depicts a federal government that has completely lost sight of its Constitutionally established responsibilities.  Information gathering about the lives of private citizens is nowhere to be found in our Constitution.  It is, instead, representative of a government seeking full control of its citizens in contravention of the very Constitution its elected officians and employees swore to uphold.
