Who Is At Fault For The "Hyped" Looming Government Shutdown?

As you know the House passed the Continuing Resolution funding the government beyond 1 October but it unfunded Obamacare.  Now the ball is in the Senate's court and we know it will not pass by a party-line Democratic vote because it would kill Obamacare.  So, the dilemma is this:  Who takes the heat when the government "shuts down" (which is a misnomer in any case)?  Even though the Democratically controlled Senate will not pass the Resolution as written, the blame will be cast on the unreasonable Republicans because they object to Obamacare - meaning the Democrats are the reasonable ones because they support it. 

As you also know in almost every speech or public pronouncement the President makes he casts blame on the Republicans for whatever failure/problem is the subject of the day, including the multitude of problems he has had in getting Obamacare implemented.  The real problem with Obamacare is that it an inherently flawed law.  The President's philosophy is that he, an extreme liberal/progressive, is right no matter what and that the Republicans and people of any other political persuasion either don't understand or are misguided.  He expects us to ignore our legitimate, fact-based concerns/beliefs and do his bid.  Watch the leftist mainstream news...the Republicans will take the heat for a looming government shut down.  The mainstream media will ignore the real reason:  Obamacare is a bad, bad law which the Republicans and most Americans want to be either repealed or significantly rewritten.  The bottom line:  The liberal/progressive pundits, media, politicians and the President will OWN the blame for any real or hypothetical government "shut down" because they "cannot" bear to lose their precious socialistic Obamacare.
