This item provides a glimpse into
the deceptions in reporting or ignoring coverage of newsworthy events
they don't like. It is truly amazing how they openly display their
disdain of relevant news in favor of promoting their agenda often with
irrelevant trivia. http://www.mrc.org/special-reports/benghazi-blackout-how-big-three-networks-have-censored-or-spun-obamas-deadly-foreign That was but one of many, many examples.
This item provides an accounting
of the incestuous relationship between the liberal media within its own
ranks and its government partner, at least when the ones in office fit
the leftist/progressive agenda. http://www.redstate.com/2013/09/13/why-the-media-will-never-treat-conservatives-fairly/
I was watching the PBS News Hour a few nights ago when Judy Woodruff interviewed Zbigniew
Brzezinski, Jimmy Carter's National Security Advisor and advisor to
presidents since. She obviously thought he would fit her preconceived
mold. She asked several questions designed to elicit his support for
President Obama's actions in Syria. To his credit Brzezinski did not do
so. A few nights earlier she and Gwen Ifell interviewed the
president. That puff-ball interview contained no hard questions and
served as a platform for him to make himself look good. That was not an
interview during which the press represented the interests of the
people by digging for facts and challenging his comments/position. It
was, instead, a blatant example of the press being complicit in
supporting government propaganda.
