GMO Food Crops Are Now Immune to Court Orders

The below article is forwarded for your information.  Those who have followed the GMO debate are aware that there is significant cause to be concerned with Monsanto's (and others) serious push to seize control of and acquire patent control over much of the food we eat while poisoning our agricultural lands with harmful pesticides.  Many countries around the world have either banned GMO products or placed labeling restrictions on them.  According to the article's author (and others I have read) Monsanto has apparent/actual efforts ongoing which seek "to patent life forms, own the food supply, drench the world in more pesticides, engineer RNA so it silences and activates genes in the body in random fashion, leading to incalculable consequences for the human race."  Monsanto and its GMO advocates/partners have spent millions of dollars over the past several years fighting any effort to place GMO labels/warnings on products sold here and around the world.  To them our rights as consumers don't count.   See this link for a listing of countries which have rejected outright or restricted the sale of GMO products. http://www.ehow.com/info_8527757_countries-banned-gmo-foods.html  Our President and the Congress, however, ignored health concerns raised here and abroad.  Monsanto and its fellow money-grubbing colleagues were winners - Americans the losers.  See especially the paragraph starting with "During his 2008 campaign for president..."
