philandering General David Petraeus, the brains behind the failed
counter-insurgency policy called COIN in Afghanistan that is maiming and killing U.S. and NATO troops to win “hearts and minds” that cannot be won, lied to the public when they blamed the murder of four Americans on an anti-Muslim Youtube video.
