To claim the cost is really nothing, or not something to even think about, because of the 'importance' of what they're doing for 'the people.
First, "Adds zero dollars to the debt" is not the same thing as "Costs zero dollars." This just beggars the facts.
As even ABC News notes, Biden's claim doesn't have support.
It's not entirely clear whether Biden's claim of "Zero" cost is feasible under the 10-year outlook used by the CBO to assess the economic impacts of legislation.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias. They spin stories to make conservatives look bad and will go to great lengths to avoid reporting on the good that comes from conservative policies. There are a few shining lights in the media landscape-brave conservative outlets that report the truth and offer a different perspective. We must support conservative outlets like this one and ensure that our voices are heard.
