Former Special Prosecutor, Robert Mueller showed his true left wing
colors on his way out the door. It was a reprehensible performance by a
reprehensible person. Quote: "This

the way he handled the obstruction issue and his failure to say in
[yesterday] morning’s announcement that he found no evidence of
collusion, and much contrary evidence. Those are things his report said.

it is important to establish a realistic perspective on Russia’s

created the impression that Russia’s efforts were far greater than they

That
statement was a clear message to the Democrat hate filled anti-Trump
faithful's to start impeachment proceedings. He gave them no basis, just
innuendo regarding obstruction of justice. Reprehensible behavior after
he and his team filled with Hillary supporters could find no evidence
of collusion with Russia, the purpose of his investigation. With these
words Mueller had the audacity to stab Trump in the back with a verbal
knife and inflicted great harm on our country, the Constitution and the
American justice system. He did so even after AG Barr and then Deputy AG
Rosenstein (who appointed him Special Prosecutor) in consultation with
him and his team determined no chargeable offenses were found.

This
item strongly suggests that in his farewell remarks Muller has lied to
Barr and the nation and further establishes that he is a deceitful and
dishonest and probably a vindictive dirty cop. Quote: "During a
Wednesday statement, Mueller said that his non-decision decision on whether the president obstructed justice was “informed” by “a long-standing opinion by the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) at the Justice Department that a sitting president cannot be charged with a crime…That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view, that too is prohibited.” However, as Gregg Jarrett of Fox News reports, according to Barr, that’s not what Mueller told multiple people during a meeting on March 5, 2017.
Here’s what Barr told Senators during his May 1st testimony: “We were
frankly surprised that they were not going to reach a decision on
obstruction and we asked them a lot about the reasoning behind this. Mueller stated three times to us in that meeting, in response to our questioning, that he emphatically was not saying that but for the OLC opinion he would have found obstruction.” Barr
said there were others in the meeting who heard Mueller say the same
thing – that the OLC opinion played no role in the special counsel’s
decision-making or lack thereof. The attorney general
repeated this in his news conference the day Mueller’s report was
released to the public: “We specifically asked him about the OLC
opinion and whether or not he was taking a position that he would have
found a crime but for the existence of the OLC opinion. And he made it very clear several times that was not his position.”

Now
comes the inevitable negative consequences of Mueller's unethical
behavior. Democrat representative Jerry Nadler a long time hate
filled left wing party hit man took Mueller's innuendo as his queue to
pursue impeachment proceedings against Trump. Nadler said Wednesday that Mueller's public remarks place the ball in
Congress's court to respond to Trump's "lies and other wrongdoing." Nadler
did not mention impeachment in his statement, but said it was up to
Congress to take action after Mueller's explanation. "Given that Special
Counsel Mueller was unable to pursue criminal charges against the
President, it falls to Congress to respond to the crimes, lies and other
wrongdoing of President Trump – and we will do so,” Nadler said in a
statement." And what of the Democrat party's well documented
criminal wrong doings? They only matter if they cannot destroy Trump
and stop Barr's investigations. They want their crimes dead and buried.
To do that they must impeach Trump and discredit anything Barr produces.
That and nothing else is what they are up to. It is worthy of note that
Mueller has good reason to see both Trump and Barr fail. He will
likely be a person of interest in the investigation of Hillary's role in
the sale of 20% of US uranium reserves to Russia. He was the Director
of the FBI at that time and apparently halted an investigation
of evidence of nefarious Russian operations to protect the deal.
Alan
Dershowitz is no wilting flower of an attorney and he reams Robert
Mueller a new one. I would trust what he has to say any day over
anything Mueller has to say. He holds nothing back. Quote: "The statement by special counsel Robert Mueller
in a Wednesday press conference that “if we had confidence that the
president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said that” is
worse than the statement made by then-FBI Director James Comey regarding
Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign. Comey declared
in a July 2016 press conference that “although we did not find clear
evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate
laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence
that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive,
highly classified information. Comey was universally criticized for
going beyond his responsibility to state whether there was sufficient
evidence to indict Clinton.” And, "Until today, I have defended
Mueller against the accusations that he is a partisan. I did not believe
that he personally favored either the Democrats or the Republicans, or
had a point of view on whether President Trump should be impeached. But I
have now changed my mind. By putting his thumb, indeed his elbow, on
the scale of justice in favor of impeachment based on obstruction of
justice, Mueller has revealed his partisan bias. He also has distorted
the critical role of a prosecutor in our justice system." And, "That
determination of guilt or innocence requires a full adversarial trial
with a zealous defense attorney, vigorous cross examination,
exclusionary rules of evidence and other due process safeguards. Such
safeguards were not present in this investigation, and so the suggestion
by Mueller that Trump might well be guilty deserves no credence. His
statement, so inconsistent with his long history, will be used to
partisan advantage by Democrats, especially all those radicals who are
seeking impeachment." And, "No prosecutor should ever say or do
anything for the purpose of helping one party or the other. I cannot
imagine a plausible reason why Mueller went beyond his report and
gratuitously suggested that President Trump might be guilty, except to
help Democrats in Congress and to encourage impeachment talk and action.

himself to be used for such partisan advantage."

Nancy, Nadler, Schiff, Maxine, AOC and fellow Democrats are you
listening or will you continue along your hate filled ridiculously
unethical and un-American path? Shame of you if you do not listen to
and embrace wisdom and instead seek retribution and destruction of a
sitting president for mere partisan purposes.
Democrats
hate Trump so much and are so frustrated that Mueller and his left
wing politically biased team could find nothing after spending over $30
million of American tax payer's money looking for dirt. One has to
wonder what does the hate filled and clearly corrupt fool Nadler think
he is going to accomplish other than inflict yet another embarrassing
Democrat fiasco on our nation? The Democrat's whole purpose is to keep
themselves and the media in the attack mode against Trump so their
ACTUAL CRIMES OF TREASON against our country stay out of the media
headlines long enough to seek to oust him from office in the 2020
elections. If that were to happen, they could them bury their
crimes. The fact is they do not care one bit about the harm they inflict
on the nation or its citizens so long as they are able to seek the
destruction of their top two enemies, Trump and Barr, and pursue their
ultimate goal of taking complete control of our country in perpetuity.
Without any doubt they are now a corrupt criminal cabal.
