During the June 21 edition of the "Freedom Friday" radio show, former Maricopa County, AZ "Cold Case Posse" leader Mike Zullo reminded host Carl Gallups's audience that former Special Counsel/former FBI Director Robert Mueller "Defended" the NSA's widespread, warrantless surveillance of American citizens in June 2013, the same month former CIA contractor Edward Snowden publicly revealed the depth and breadth of the NSA's capabilities.
With law enforcement experience from the state of New Jersey, in 2011 Zullo was serving as volunteer leader of then-Sheriff Joseph Arpaio's "Cold Case Posse." In August that year, Arpaio delegated the birth certificate probe to the CCP after more than 200 constituents expressed concern that their votes in November 2012 would be meaningless if, as several experts alleged, the "Long-form" image proved to be fraudulent.
On March 1, 2012, under Arpaio's authority, Zullo presented the evidence gleaned to that date demonstrating that the Obama birth certificate image was no more than a "Computer-generated forgery." Similarly, Zullo reported at the time, Obama's Selective Service registration form was not authentic.
"Now that we have the Mueller report and the Steele dossier and a FISA court being lied to by government law enforcementwhy can people not believe that the Obama administration took a day or two to make a fake birth certificate to make that issue go away?" Gallups asked Zullo.
Recordings of Montgomery's discussions with Zullo and MCSO personnel were released to the public by an ACLU attorney, Cecillia Wang, during the 2015 civil trial of Arpaio and other county defendants, Zullo reminded the audience.
At the 25:00 mark, Zullo segued to the fact that Mueller was FBI director when Arpaio ordered the probe into the "Phony" birth certificate.
"Now we understand why the FBI never came down knocking on our door, meaning the sheriff's office, for all that information," Zullo said, "Because had they done that and collected it, they would have been obligated to investigate it".
