Via a FOIA request,
Sekulow reports the ACLJ has received documents which show Obama officials,
led by then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper,
had gone to great lengths to change intelligence sharing rules in the last weeks of the Obama administration.
The documents reveal DNI official Robert Litt telling the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense's Director of Intelligence Strategy,
Policy,
& Integration: "
Really want to get this done and so does the Boss.".
We are also now aware of Director of National Intelligence Clapper's open hostility to President Trump and intentional leaking by senior law enforcement and intelligence officials who were also hostile to Trump.
All of these facts point to a coordinated effort across agencies during the Obama administration to oppose the incoming Trump administration.
In its final days,
the Obama administration has expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government's 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections.
The first mention of these rule changes came in a 2014 New York Times article it wasn't until the final weeks of the Obama administration that they were acted upon.
Sekulow's revelation adds to the ever-growing pile of evidence indicating that there was indeed a "
Coordinated effort"
by a shadow government which worked to undermine President Trump.

The Communist Party USA is intent on using the Democrat Party of today,
built around its aggrieved constituencies,
as its "
Vehicle"
to achieve the communists'
vision of a more radical "
Working-class party of tomorrow."

How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump provided its report on allegations of misconduct by Andrew McCabe to the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility.

Pursuant to Department Order 1202,
and based on the report of the Inspector General,
the findings of the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility,
and the recommendation of the Department's senior career official,
I have terminated the employment of Andrew McCabe effective immediately."
As detailed in this report,
the OIG found that then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe lacked candor,
including under oath,
on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ , and that this conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6.
On February 14,
2019,
Judicial Watch filed a FOIA lawsuit for all records of communication of McCabe,
the Office of the Attorney General Jeff Sessions,
or the Office of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein discussing the 25th Amendment or presidential fitness.
