As a result, Congress has increasingly "Delegated" its power to make laws to administrative agencies.

Congress passes vaguely worded laws that define lofty, uncontroversial goals like "Keep all workers safe" and leaves the specifics to the so-called "Administrative state" of career "Experts." I tell my law school students that it is virtually impossible for a polluter to violate the Clean Air Act because that statute, like most other statutes passed since World War II, consists primarily of directives to administrative officials to make rules on one topic or another.

In recent years, administrative agencies have found a way around even these modest requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act by issuing "Guidance" rather than "Rules." Guidance documents are administrative edicts that do not even go through the minimal notice and comment procedures for making notice and comment rules.

Be honest, now: how many of you even knew that CMS existed, much less that it had promulgated 37,000 little laws dictating every detail of how Medicare reimbursements are paid? And CMS is better than many agencies in that at least some of its key guidance documents are made available on its website.

These secret rules made by agencies without any public input are allowed to be the sole property of insiders who know how agencies interpret and apply their rules.

On its first day in office, the Biden administration revoked that Trump executive order, thereby reinstating the previous system under which agencies are permitted to keep their guidance documents secret from those who are supposed to abide by them.

The Biden administration never really explained its reasons for revoking such a simple and obviously good government measure as making guidance documents available equally to all.

Big Pharma Profits Are Just Smokescreens Hiding the Real Agenda Behind Covid-19

The money being made by Big Pharma is an important part of the scheme, but it's important that more people recognize it's just a means to an end. The real goals are far more sinister.

 

Many of us who have opposed the machinations of the powers-that-be have pointed to massive Big Pharma profits as the primary motivation behind the lies, gaslighting, coverups, propaganda, and overarching agenda surrounding Covid-19.

The insane profits driving Big Pharma are not the end goal, at least not for the globalist elites pulling the strings.

The profits power the methods that motivate so many to maintain the lies and defend the agenda, but the money they're making is just a resource, not the culmination.

If people believe it's all about profits, they will not be as concerned as they should be about the vaccines.

The sooner we accept that this isn't all about profits, the sooner we'll be able to address the real adversaries.

It's Time for America to Leave NATO and for Europe to Resolve Their Internal Disputes

Following the Second World War, America has been the military protector of Western Europe for 73 years through the North Atlantic Treaty Organization or NATO. Now the time has come to disband NATO and tell the countries of Europe, in particular Germany, that they are on their own, as this nation must focus on its ever-growing domestic problems and the global threat of Communist China.

The primary accomplishment of the European Union has been to pave the way for Germany to once again assume the dominant role in Europe.

With the exception of Great Britain, Germany is Western Europe and Western Europe is Germany.

The United States through NATO not only continues to defend Germany and much of Europe against the theoretical enemy Germany is in bed with, but Germany and 19 other countries refuse to meet their financial and military obligations to the alliance.

The imbalance in the alliance is not just the funding but the obligation of the United States to get involved in virtually any and all internal and external conflicts involving the countries of Europe.

America leaving NATO will force Europe to confront the long-term viability of a German dominated European Union and Russia's ambitions.

As well as come to the realization that Communist China is a far greater threat to Europe than their present-day internal squabbles.

The doctors who actually do know best?

On Sunday, January 23, there was a march and rally in Washington, D.C.: "Defeat the Mandates: An America Homecoming." On Monday, January 24, Senator Ron Johnson hosted a panel discussion where about a dozen of these same doctors shared their personal testimonies.

"Let doctors be doctors; let the doctor and patient determine the treatment, not the government."

Several doctors pointed out how our Constitution has served us well for over two hundred years, but it is gradually being eroded.

"We were told to lock down and isolate for two weeks to flatten the curve, so hospitals would not be overwhelmed. Almost two years later and that directive is still in place in some locations. Hospitals were waiting for a great influx of covid patients. But it did not happen. Often the hospitals were almost empty and doctors were sent home."

Several doctors quoted part of the Hippocratic Oath, which says: "First, do no harm".

Politicians have placed doctors in a position where they cannot possibly care for their patients as they ought to.

Several doctors asked those who attended the rally to go home and take action to open the eyes of those around them.

B.C. Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry went from being an advocate of aggressive lockdowns to now leading the charge to have COVID-19 treated more like the flu.

There is nevertheless a growing chorus of politicians and health experts now saying that it's time for Canada to officially abandon extraordinary COVID-19 measures and "Learn to live with" the virus.

Eileen de Villa, medical officer of health for the City of Toronto, similarly said last Friday that residents should gird themselves for a future in which COVID-19 is managed like influenza.

At a public health level, the push to declare COVID-19 an endemic disease has been most apparent in British Columbia.

On Jan 24., even as COVID-19 hospitalization peaked across Saskatchewan, Premier Scott Moe said his government would not be meeting the surge with new restrictions.

Last week, Denmark announced that COVID-19 no longer posed an extraordinary threat to society , and that officials would be lifting all pandemic measures effective Jan. 31.

Spain, Ireland, the U.K., France and Germany, among others, have similarly seen their public health establishments signal a shift into the "Endemic" phase of COVID-19.

Thieves Steal Everything From New York City Rite-Aide… Store Shuts Down For Good

Actor Michael Rapaport returned to his neighborhood Rite Aid on Sunday only to find shelves empty just days after he saw a brazen thief calmly walk out of the store with two shopping bags full of stolen goods.

'And there's nothing to steal because this Rite Aid like so many other Rite Aids is closing down because everybody stole everything.

The Rite Aid in the video has been hit with thefts of the same nature on an almost daily basis, a security guard told Rapaport.

Rapaport's video on Tuesday starts with Rapaport filming the thief sauntering out of the Rite Aid, while the exasperated actor fumbles with his words before shouting, 'I can't believe I'm seeing this s**t!'.

Rapaport and Beattie have two children: Maceo Shane, 20, and Julian Ali, 22.Rapaport has been outspoken on a number of issues and has had his fair share of celebrity feuds, most recently with Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets.In March 2021, Rapaport took to social media to share a private conversation in which Durant unleashed a string of homophobic slurs while threatening to spit on him.

Their disagreement started in December after Rapaport criticized an awkward post-game interview Durant had on TNT.Speaking about the Rite Aid incident on Tuesday, Rapaport said it was the first time he saw such 'blatant' theft in person, but that the security guard in his video is all too familiar.

He told Rapaport that, just one day before Rapaport took his viral video, two other men walked in and took a six-pack of beer before acknowledging the security guard and leaving without paying anyway.
