House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries corruptly pressured 17 federal judges in New Jersey—15 of whom are Obama/Biden appointees—to oust Alina Habba as U.S. Attorney. These rogue judges followed their marching orders and refused to extend Habba’s term. The Article III Project filed an ethics complaint against Jeffries on Monday, something that clearly rattled Jeffries. Support us as we fight back against the left’s attempts to sabotage the rule of law. Jeffries seeks revenge, not justice. Habba brought charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver after she assaulted federal officers during a Newark ICE clash. Habba enforced the law, her literal job description. A grand jury agreed with Habba and indicted McIver. This infuriated Jeffries, who thinks Democrats should be above the law. President Trump and A3P stand with Alina Habba. We need your help to keep fighting for her and President Trump. Furthermore, this episode is indicative of a larger issue: the Senate is failing to fulfill its responsibilities. Contact your Senators through the A3P Action Center to tell them to stay in session and confirm President Trump’s nominees. Each day that goes by without confirmations is another day that Biden-era bureaucrats continue to run the show, and another day that President Trump’s agenda is stalled. President Trump nominated strong, capable leaders to carry out the vision voters overwhelmingly sent him to Washington to implement. The American people gave President Trump a mandate, but the Senate is failing to do its job. It’s time for Senate leadership to stop taking breaks and start taking responsibility. They must stay in session for full workweeks, and on weekends if necessary, until every one of President Trump’s nominees is confirmed. Stand with us as we restore constitutionalism to the judicial branch and protect President Trump’s executive powers. |
