Put that evidence together, and you see a voting system that canceled out in-person votes and overcounted mail-in ballots. If Shakespeare were alive, he wouldn't be writing "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark." Instead, he'd undoubtedly say, "Something is rotten in the state of Arizona" or "In the County of Maricopa." Now we'll see whether that rot extends to the state judiciary or not.
