Another "unexpected" death

A young mom with two young boys dies "unexpectedly." Doctors cannot figure it out. She was extremely healthy and fit with no underlying conditions. She died with a stroke with massive brain bleeding.
A fit young mother dies of a stroke with no underlying conditions, and nobody realizes it was the COVID vaccine that likely killed her.
