New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a package of legislation officially declaring racism a "Public health crisis" in the state of New York.
"For far too long, communities of color in New York have been held back by systemic racism and inequitable treatment," Hochul said in a statement on December 23.
"Another policy included in the package requires state agencies, departments, commissions, and boards to invasively collect demographic data from minorities"to keep a more accurate and relevant public record of Asian populations in New York.
The legislation also requires the New York State Office of Technology Service to guide state agencies to assist all state agencies with developing websites and services for non-English speaking residents.
The New York State Department of Health issued a memo on December 27 essentially barring "Non-white or Hispanic/Latino" Covid-infected patients from accessing oral antiviral pills.
NY State Department of Health warns they don't have enough Paxlovid or Monoclonal Antibody Treatment and white people need not apply.
The real public health emergency in New York is Democrat leadership.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias.
