When Trump ran for the Office of President of the United State he said he wanted to put an end to the endless wars in which we are engaged. Actual idiots sometimes decide to run for president of the US.  Julian Castro is one example. US immigration laws mean nothing to him.  He is the second Democrat to pull a stupid stunt like this to prove he is worthy of being elected president of the United States.
