Walter
Williams has a way of making the complex simple. This is a great
example. Quote: "Are white people obsessed with and engaged in a
conspiracy against black people? Here's an experiment. Walk up to the
average white person and ask, "How many minutes today have you been
thinking about black people?" If the person isn't a Klansman or a
gushing do-gooder liberal, his answer would probably be zero minutes. If
you asked him whether he's a part of a conspiracy to undermine the
achievement and well-being of black people, he'd probably look at you as
if you were crazy. By the same token, if a person asked me: "Williams,
how many minutes today have you been thinking about white people?" My
answer would probably be, "Not even a nanosecond." Because people don't
care about you one way or another doesn't mean they wish you good will,
ill will or no will. They just don't give a damn." And, " Black
politicians, civil rights leaders and white liberals have peddled
victimhood to black people, teaching them that racism is pervasive and
no amount of individual effort can overcome racist barriers. Peddling
victimhood is not new. Booker T. Washington said: "There is a class of
colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs
and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these
people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not
want to lose their jobs." In an 1865 speech to the Anti-Slavery Society
in Boston, abolitionist Frederick Douglass said that people ask: "'What
shall we do with the Negro?' I have had but one answer from the
beginning. Do nothing with us! Your doing with us has already played the
mischief with us. Do nothing with us!" Or as Patrick Moynihan urged a
century later in a 1970 memo to President Richard Nixon, "The time may
have come when the issue of race could benefit from a period of 'benign
neglect.'"

Some
thoughtful comments that may actually help us escape the incessant left
wing collective movement which seeks to assure us that the interests of
groups are far more important than those of individuals. Quote: "Life
and happiness in this life under any political system directly depend
upon how much our individuality (versus the crowd) is retained and to
what extent we throw off manipulated illusions. The more we are immersed
into the mass mind (the crowd), the more we are manipulated and the
more dependent on authority (government) we become. Every thrust of this
nebulous thing called society is calculated to drive us into the
dependent, mindless herd with automatic response to
authority." https://boblivingstonletter.com/alerts/do-we-suffer-from-a-mental-incarceration/
Don't
know if any of this is true but if it is then "Lord Help Us".

This presents a most troubling picture of the
ongoing Whistleblower debacle. Quote: "Federal records indicate that
the intelligence community secretly made changes to the formal
whistleblower complaint form in August 2019 that eliminated the
requirement of direct, first-hand knowledge of wrongdoing by those
filing a formal complaint. Since the intelligence community secretly
eliminated this requirement of direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged
wrongdoings, this change raises concerns about the recent submission of a
whistleblower complaint against President Trump, which is the supposed
basis for impeachment talks. The recently edited version of the
whistleblower complaint form eliminates the original first-hand
knowledge requirement and allows employees to file a whistleblower
complaint and have their concerns expedited to Congress even if they
have no direct knowledge. It even allows them to file a complaint if
they simply “heard about [wrongdoing] from
others.” https://www.conservativezone.com/articles/how-the-u-s-intel-community-secretly-revised-whistleblower-standards/
Since all other efforts have failed to remove Trump from office it
could well be this is a deliberate act by deep state actors and their
political partners in crime the Democrat party and the mainstream media
to close the deal. If so, the sad state of affairs we are now in could
well result in the demise of our Federal Republic.
Improprieties
by the infamous Whistleblower could well get him as well as Schiff and
members of his staff in trouble. Quote: "Legal experts say this may be
big trouble for the whistleblower — and Schiff. Complaints filed to the
Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) are legally protected.
However, sharing classified information with Congressional staffers is
illegal. “The law does not provide any protections to employees or
contractors who bypass the process required by law and go directly to
Congress, nor does it provide any avenue to disclose classified
information to Congress without first going through the ICIG,” The
Federalist reported. “If the complainant or a colleague leaked
classified information to Schiff or his committee, those individuals
could be subject to criminal liability for illegal and unauthorized
disclosure of classified information.”

This
item provides details as to the legal troubles Adam Schiff could be
facing if he engaged in any of these activities with the
whistleblower. Quote: "Disturbing new facts emerged this week on the
Trump-Ukraine ‘scandal’ that perhaps reveal the true conspiracy behind
the issue. It turns out that the ‘whistleblower’ was in contact with
Adam Schiff’s office BEFORE he/she filed the complaint. This opens the
specter of obstruction of justice, fraud and treason and much more."

The
frantic Democrats have boxed themselves in with the mantra that "No One
Is Above The Law." They need to take a hard look at their vast array
chargeable offences. Those that are not criminal are certainly
grossly unethical. Quote: "The Constitution says a president "shall be
removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason,
Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." There has been a very
long debate on what that means. To lay ears, it sounds like the
president must be shown to have committed a crime to be impeached and
removed from office. But the framers did not define "high crimes and
misdemeanors," and it is up to Congress to decide whether a president
should be impeached, and, if so, on what grounds. So far, Democrats have
not helped their cause by accusing Trump of criminal behavior. "No man
is above the law" sounds good, but it requires the impeachers to make a
case that the president did, indeed, break the law. In coming days, look
for Democrats to seek an easier route."

Jason
Chaffetz makes a really good point. He says Trump's openness and
transparency is messing with the Democrats fake narratives. Quote:
"Having been on the House Oversight Committee during the duration of the
Obama presidency, I can attest that the administration fought every
document request every time, releasing only the bare minimum. No excuse
was too thin to withhold documents or testimony. In contrast, President
Trump did the unthinkable: he actually waived both executive privilege
and attorney-client privilege for the Mueller investigation. What
other president would allow his general counsel to be interviewed for
more than 30 hours? Donald Trump does. He should be winning awards for
his openness and transparency. We've never seen anything like it
before. And it's messing with the Democrats' narrative. This time, once
again, the script hasn't gone according to plan. Before Schumer could
type his 140 characters to ask what the president was hiding in the
Ukraine whistleblower complaint, the transcript and the memo were
declassified for all to read. We know what comes next. There will be
more whistleblowers with more claims that cannot be definitively
verified. They will all be afraid to come out in the open for fear of
their lives, or fear of flying, or fear of retaliation. Until the
Democrats need to use them and foeget them, as they did to Ford's
still-unverified allegations and to Schiff's now-debunked
memo. Americans are not fooled. By now most of us have heard the
message loud and clear. Rep. Al Green told us
exactly what it was about when he told MSNBC in May, "I'm concerned that
if we don't impeach this president, he will get re-elected."

Hillary continues to make life miserable for 130 of her former staff members in the State Department. Investigation of her multiple private server crimes are coming home to roost. Quote: "For Republicans, the Hillary Clinton email scandal is a political gift that keeps on giving. For Democrats, however, it’s an ongoing headache that shows no signs of subsiding years after the scandal first emerged. Clinton’s use of an unsecured, private email server during her time as secretary of state was a hot-button issue during the 2016 election and played an undeniable role in her defeat. According to The Washington Post, some 130 government officials from the Obama era have now been contacted after it was discovered that they sent messages — some were sensitive or classified — to the infamous unsecured Clinton server." https://www.westernjournal.com/dems-investigate-trump-state-dept-hits-130-hillary-connected-officials-security-violation-warning/?
