A doctor in Wyoming is pursuing a First Amendment lawsuit against Wyoming Gov.

That law restricts physicians’ abilities to perform gender reassignment surgeries on minors.

The law passed, and was signed by Gordon, but then only a few weeks later, Gordon removed Cubin from his post on the state Board of Medicine, “explicitly citing Dr. Cubin’s personal email to the House of Representatives in support of Chloe’s Law as the reason for removal.” The legal team explained, “By firing Dr. Cubin for exercising his right to free speech, the Governor engaged in illegal retaliation and violated Dr. Cubin’s First Amendment rights.” Center lawyer Buck Dougherty said, “Governor Gordon unlawfully retaliated against Dr. Cubin for exercising his First Amendment rights.

I had been misrepresented by the Wyoming Medical Society and had no choice but to speak up for what I believe to be right.

Ironically, state lawmakers adopted and the Republican governor himself signed into law the proposal, known as Chloe’s Law, that was in dispute.

The problem was that the Wyoming Medical Society, of which Cubin was a member, opposed the plan.

Cancer researcher: IVERMECTIN can overcome chemotherapy resistance of TURBO CANCERS caused by mRNA vaccines

It also found that the most sensitive cancer cell lines were the ovarian, breast, glioblastoma (brain), lung, colon, uterine squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), hepatocellular, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), pancreatic and endometrial.

Ivermectin was tested at two mg/kg/day, translating to roughly 5uM in vitro concentration.

Seattle Schools will reveal proposed school closures in October due to budget shortfall

Parents and faculty of Seattle Public Schools will soon learn which school buildings will close as the district works to fix a $100 million budget deficit.

Seattle Public Schools Superintendent Brent Jones announced that preliminary recommendations for which elementary schools face closures are expected in early October.

Enrollment at Seattle Public Schools since the COVID-19 pandemic has continued to go down.

According to the district, closing a school could save Seattle Public Schools between $750,000 to $2 million.

This is due to the district’s budget deficit that has resulted from weaker revenue streams and continually-decreasing enrollment.

During the week of Sept. 9, the district will launch a new well-resourced schools hub, which will provide a detailed analysis of the current portfolio of elementary school buildings that could potentially be subject to closures.

Over the past seven years alone, enrollment at Seattle Public Schools has dropped by approximately 4,000 students, causing a number of the district’s elementary schools to have fewer than 300 students.

Northern border sector continuing to break records in apprehensions

The busiest U.S. Customs and Border Protection sector at the northern border continues to break records in apprehensions with foreign nationals coming from 85 countries to Canada to illegally enter the U.S.

In less than 10 months, Swanton Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended 15,000 foreign nationals from 85 countries who all illegally entered the U.S. through Canada, the greatest volume reported in this time period in recorded history.

The total number apprehended this fiscal year, which ends Sept. 30, exceeds apprehensions Border Patrol agents made in 13 fiscal years combined (fiscal 2011 through fiscal 2023), Swanton Sector Chief Patrol Agent Robert Garcia said.

In fiscal 2023, Swanton Sector Border Patrol agents broke previous records by apprehending the greatest number of illegal border crossers in history of more than 6,700 foreign nationals from 76 countries, The Center Square exclusively reported.

Despite some Canadian officials telling The Center Square, “The Canada-U.S. border is the best-managed and most secure border in the world,” members of Congress, U.S. officials and some Canadian officials don’t agree.

The 15,000 illegal border crossers is equivalent to 15 U.S. Army battalions.

Nearly 1,100 known or suspected terrorists attempting to enter the U.S. from Canada were apprehended at the northern border since fiscal 2021 by CBP and Border Patrol agents.

“One of the best things that we can do for our economy is to pass comprehensive immigration reform, so that all of these people are participating more fully in our economy, contributing to it, contributing to Social Security, contributing in every way to it,” she claimed.

“So, the attitude that we have in California of openness is something we share, whether that translates into particular policy one place or another is up to that region,” she added.

The former House Speaker (and self confessed reptilian) made the disturbing remarks during an appearance on “Real Time with Bill Maher”, where the host even pushed back against her radical proposal.
