Studies Legislative Solutions to Secure Georgia 2024 Elections

Halderman Security Analysis of Dominion ICX Ballot Marking Devices This analysis was produced by Dr. Alex Halderman on behalf or Plaintiffs in the Curling v. Raffensperger case. It has been sealed for over two years by Judge Amy Totenberg as part of discovery. Since the analysis is now being used in motions before the court Judge Totenberg recently issued an order to unseal it. The unsealed analysis identifies many security flaws in the Dominion ICX Ballot Marking Devices and also mentions flaws in the Dominion ICP scanners although the scanners were not the focus of the analysis. VoterGA also posted an overview presentation of the 96-page security analysis

VoterGA Fact Check of Secretary Raffensperger Comments on Halderman Analysis Secretary Raffensperger contends the Mitre report that was unsealed at the same time, refutes the Halderman report. The Mitre report is unsigned, was funded by Dominion, was produced without any access to the voting system and it assumes perfect security procedures are in place despite the fact that it has already been proven to be untrue. Consequently 29 experts have written to the Mitre President and CEO requesting the company to retract the report that they termed “ridiculous”.

Despite these facts Brad Raffensperger wrote a letter to the Georgia Genral Assembly and Georgia county election directors touting the Mitre report and claiming Georgia have been proven to be secure. VoterGA responded to the same election officials and General Assembly members exposing the flaws with its own letter and Fact Check. The VoterGA Fact Check found 4 false statements, 6 mostly false statements and 6 “Pants on Fire” lies.

Captial Research Center’s Georgia Summary on CTCL funding bias This report summarizes the political bias in the allocation of $45 million given to Georgia counties by the Zuckerberg funded Center for Technology and Civic Life. Over 94% of the money went to counties won by Joe Biden, including all of the 10 largest county grants. The resulting 200,000 net increase in voter turnout made the difference in the Georgia 2020 Presidential election.

Capital Research Center report on 2020 “ZuckBucks” funds in battleground states This updated Capital Research Center report defines how $330 million was distributed from CTCL disproportionally across the country to change the results of the 2020 Presidential election in violation of Equal Protection clauses in Georgia and U.S. Constitutions. The Georgia SOS office never objected to this $45 million violation of state and federal law.

Wisconsin Special Counsel Michael Gableman Second Interim Report – 3-1-22 The 2nd interim report from the office of the Wisconsin Special Counsel, authored by former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, defines how the Chan Zuckerberg initiative spent $400 million to change the outcome of the 2020 election by establishing the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), which was directed by former Obama campaign manager David Plouffe, who wrote the book entitled “A Citizens Guide to Beating Donald Trump”.

VoterGA’s 42 Point Refutation of Brad Raffensperger’s False Election Claims This report is based on Secretary of State’s 10-page January 6th letter to Vice President Pence, Georgia Congressional members and the Georgia General Assembly. Also, here is a new Fact Check on Secretary Raffensperger’s June 20, 2023 letter entitled “Setting the Election Security Record Straight”

True The Vote Ballot Harvesting Complaint

True the Vote submitted this complaint to the Secretary of State ‘s Inspector General Office for investigation. It uses Geo tracking information, some video surveillance and a whistle blower’s testimony to allege that ballot harvesting teams consisting of 242 members stuffed drop boxes with ballots around the metro Atlanta area. The GBI declined to investigate the matter.

Gov. Kemp’s Fulton Audit Discrepancies Report Confirms VoterGA Findings

Gov Kemp released a detailed 36-point report dated November 18, 2021, confirming many of the massive errors first identified by VoterGA in their July 13 press conference. The Governor’s office spent weeks working Joe Rossi and Jack James to confirm findings first presented by David Cross and the VoterGA ballot image analysis team. Gov. Kemp sent a corresponding letter to the State Election Board asking them to investigate the discrepancies, review the audit methodology and take corrective action.
