According to Breitbart, the Green New Deal blueprint was put together by "Well-funded professional progressive groups and known leftist agitators," including people associated with Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter, with financing ties to Soros.
Ocasio-Cortez was joined by three groups in drawing up the Green New Deal, the Sunrise Movement, Justice Democrats and a group that calls itself New Consensus.
