Remember when Obama and the rest of the Democrat leadership assured us that we do not have a voter fraud problem???  Well that was just another one of their lies.  This item explains and while it mentions other states it focusses on the state of Pennsylvania which has some 100,000 people on the voting rolls who are not citizens. Quote: "The group has released reports in the past detailing more than 1,000 noncitizens registered to vote in New Jersey and more than 5,500 registered in Virginia. Roughly a third of those from Virginia actually cast ballots. The numbers only include people whose registration was canceled because they later said they weren’t citizens, and thus ineligible to vote. Analysts say it’s difficult to figure out how many others are registered but never discovered because they don’t self-report. President Trump’s voter integrity commission was supposed to try to get a broader handle on that question by checking voter rolls against government databases. This Democrat controlled city is luring illegal voters using an ID card that does not identify them as illegals and will not share illegals information with federal authorities. Quote: "But a handful of City Council members are vehemently opposed to the cards. Northwest Side Ald. Nick Sposato, 38th, said he was “beyond disappointed” Valencia opted to make the cards a valid ID for voting. Sposato pointed out the city is not planning to keep any of the background information applicants provide to establish their home addresses, so undocumented immigrants aren’t afraid federal immigration agents can use the data to track them down. “I’m not sure of the validity of this,” Sposato said. “They may not have citizenship. Look at what Chicago is doing to enhance Democrat voter rolls. Quote: "A new municipal ID designed primarily for illegal immigrants will be accepted in Chicago as a valid form of identification to register to vote. The amount of irresponsible and ill-informed people in leadership positions is staggering.  They jump on any opportunity to score political points regardless of facts.  Most but not all of the irresponsible and ill-informed nonsense that results unfortunately is produced by those on the political left. You would think responsible people in responsible positions would deal in facts, not kneejerk emotional reactions or political agendas.  Here are just a few facts that the left should consider but if history is any guide they will ignore them and proceed with baseless emotional and agenda driven appeals to do what they want politically (get rid of rifles), not what is needed.  Quote: "The recent horror show in Parkland seems to have generated new sentiment that something needs to be done to stop mass shootings at schools. Taking out the unrecorded category reveals that over 90 percent of the 6,948 murders for which the firearm was identified were accomplished with handguns.
• Of the remaining murders for which the weapon was identified, 1,544 were with knives, 623 with “personal” weapons (hands, fists, feet, etc.), 437 with blunt instruments (club, hammer, etc.), 82 by fire, 7 by poison, and one each for explosives and defenestration.
• Thus: (i) so-called personal weapons accounted for more than the combined total for rifles and shotguns; (ii) blunt instruments topped the separated totals for rifles and shotguns.
