In Texas, federal agents shut down a brothel operating under the guise of an adult bookstore for over 20 years.Eight individuals were arrested, facing serious charges including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.
In California, HSI, along with the FBI and local agencies, rescued two missing girls believed to be trafficking victims.
Additional Enforcement Actions: The broader security campaign also involved the seizure of unauthorized drones, inspections of over 19,000 vehicles, and the confiscation of counterfeit World Cup merchandise valued at more than $33 million.
