Tea Party Patriots Action files complaint against Judge Reinhart over Trump raid warrant

Tea Party Patriots Action announced on Wednesday that it had filed a complaint against Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart for approving the FBI search of former President Donald Trump's Florida estate, despite an alleged conflict of interest, and ordered the Department of Justice to release the warrant's accompanying affidavit in part

The complaint alleges that Reinhart had a "conflict of interest and a pattern and history of hostility to President Trump."

Judge Reinhart acted unethically in approving the warrant to search President Trump's residence," said Tea Party Patriots Action Honorary Chairman Jenny Beth Martin.
