FDA Violated Own Safety and Efficacy Standards In Approving Covid-19 Vaccines For Children

s larger/longer to determine if the vaccines save more toddlers and preschoolers than they kill

Still Leading People Astray

  • Some of the most powerful proponents of masking continue to spread destructive fictions and withhold genuine facts from people
  • Google-owned YouTube censored a video from Just Facts about the dangers of N95 masks
  • YouTube suspended conservative talk show host Dan Bongino for posting a video saying cloth and surgical masks were useless in stopping the spread of COVID
  • In reality, those "misinformation" policies and other pronouncements of tech giants, government officials, media outlets, and fact-checkers often flout basic principles of academic integrity, spread deadly falsehoods, and suppress facts that could help people

'Lifting People Out of Poverty'

  • Politicians, commentators, and journalists often say that raising the minimum wage to $15/hour would "lift almost a million people out of poverty."
  • This does not necessarily involve a dramatic change in their finances. It only means they will receive at least a little more than the official federal poverty thresholds.
  • Moreover, an extra $589 per year is merely 1% of the average total income of households in poverty.

Eliminating Jobs

  • CBO estimates the law would destroy 1.4 million jobs.
  • Young, less educated people would account for a disproportionate share of those reductions in employment
  • Raising the minimum wage saws “off the bottom rungs of the economic ladder” and leaves inexperienced workers “unskilled and unemployed for the indefinite future."

Overall Economy

  • CBO also estimates that raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour "would increase the cost to employers of producing goods and services," and this would increase consumer prices, thus leading consumers to purchase fewer goods/services and reducing "employment of workers at all wage levels."
  • Due mainly to such job losses, CBO finds that raising would slightly reduce real GDP, or the nation's inflation-adjusted gross domestic product.

The National Debt & Burden on Taxpayers

  • CBO estimates that raising the minimum wage to $15/hour would reduce dependence on welfare and save taxpayers money.
  • However, the same CBO analysis estimates that this law would cause spending on most social programs to rise and increase the "cumulative budget deficit over the 2021-2031 period" by $54 billion.

Increased Inflation

  • CBO also estimates that raising the minimum wage to $15/hour "would change the relative prices of goods and services," and especially raise prices "for goods or services whose production required a larger-than-average share of low-wage work, such as food prepared in restaurants."
  • These higher prices mean higher inflation, and that means people will get less value for their money.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated that increasing the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour would:

  • Raise the total income of households below the poverty line by an average of $589, or roughly 1%.
  • Lift the income of about 0.9 million people above federal poverty thresholds, or about one-fifth of the 4.2 million people whose incomes rose above those thresholds in 2019.
  • Destroy about 1.4 million jobs with a disparate impact on young, less educated people
  • Slightly reduce the health of the overall economy
  • Increase inflation, especially for goods and services produced by low-income workers
  • Place greater burdens on taxpayers

'Inciting Violence'

  • Trump's speech on the day of the Capitol Hill riot was not meant to incite violence
  • The president used the phrase "peacefully and patriotically" once in his speech, compared to 20 uses of the word "fight"
  • However, both Qiu and the Democrats are quoting Trump out of context because the transcript shows that Trump never called for violence or even vaguely implied that
  • 10 of the 20 times Trump used the word fight are found in these statements

Antifa Involvement in the Capitol Hill Riot

  • Qiu claims that van der Veen said: "One of the first people arrested was a leader of Antifa."
  • This is misleading
  • The F.B.I. has said there is no evidence that supporters of the Antifa movement had participated in the Capitol siege
  • Sullivan was the leader of a group called "Insurgence USA," which sold "black bloc" tactical gear (often used by Antifa) and rubber pigs
  • Threatened to physically rip Trump out of the White House in accord with Antifa's mission to use violence against people they deem to be "fascists"
  • Organized an event called "Kick These Fascists Out of DC"

Georgia’s Absentee Ballots

  • In 2016, Georgia rejected 6.4% of all returned mail-in ballots and 0.24% of those ballots because of signature-matching issues.
  • Georgia rejected 0.15% of ballots in both 2018 and 2020 due to signature mismatched issues.

Georgia’s Signature Audit

  • Georgia does verify signatures.
  • Neither Castor nor Trump said that Georgia doesn’t verify signatures, but Trump questioned the integrity of the signature verification process in Fulton County, Georgia, a Democratic Party stronghold with an extensive history of corruption
  • The signature audit was performed in Cobb County, not Fulton County

Summary

  • In direct contradiction to a so-called "fact check" by Linda Qiu of the New York Times, genuine facts prove the following about the circumstances surrounding Trump's impeachment trial:
  • On the day of the Capitol Hill riot, President Trump explicitly encouraged his supporters to protest "peacefully and patriotically."
  • Trump told supporters to "fight" legally and verbally, not physically.
  • Antifa leaders called for people to "storm" and "burn" the Capitol, and broke a window, interfered with police, and celebrated the riot with an accomplice.

PolitiFact’s Denial

  • Sullivan claims he was only there to “experience and witness what went down.”
  • However, law enforcement obtained videos from Sullivan that show him provoking and participating in the riot.
  • Additionally, the videos show that Jade Sacker, the photojournalist who was with Sullivan during the riot, was complicit in his plan.

PolitiFact’s Double Standards

  • Politifact has not fact-checked any of the hundreds of Congressional Democrats who declare in their impeachment resolution that President Trump incited the riot.
  • This is in spite of the fact that Trump didn’t call for violence and emphasized in his speech on that same day that people should go “to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard."

    Strawman

    • This involves debunking an argument that someone did not make
    • PolitiFact inserts the words "alone" and "the" to make it seem like the post said he was the lone ringleader
    • In short, the post does not claim that Sullivan is solely or even mainly responsible for inciting the riot

    PolitiFact’s Antifa Deceptions

    • “Antifa” is a broad coalition of anti-fascist activists who support violent tactics against people they deem to be fascists
    • Their definitions of fascists include roughly half of the U.S. population, including police officers, Fox News viewers, Trump supporters, and anyone who stands in the way of their self-described “radical left-wing” agenda
    • In reality, antifa embraces some of the central elements of fascism

    Facebook’s Collusion

    • Facebook still uses PolitiFact as an approved “independent” fact-checker
    • Just Facts has questioned Facebook about the lack of accountability for their “fact-checkers”
    • Given that Facebook has hand-selected these organizations to be the judges of truth on its platform, do they adhere to any standards?
    • If not, why are they given unchecked authority to censor others and spread misinformation?
