This item suggests that it is imperative for Biden to overturn this terrible decision by the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC). Quote: "President Joe Biden has the power to overturn the recent U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) decision in
a trade dispute involving the importation and sale of certain
lithium-ion batteries, battery cells, battery modules, and battery
packs, which would do significant damage to United States interests in
growing a domestic battery manufacturing capacity — and he should
exercise it in order to protect American jobs that are now at stake. SK
Innovation, a South Korean company, is building a vehicle battery
manufacturing plant in the state of Georgia which would employ 2,600
Georgians by the beginning of 2024 as they manufacture specially
designed electric batteries for the new Ford EV F-150 truck and the
Volkswagen’s Chattanooga, Tennessee electric vehicle manufacturing
plant. SK Innovation will also manufacture a large percentage of
batteries available on the open market, manufacturing capacity that is
sorely needed today. When fully complete, SK Innovation’s Georgia
battery plant is expected to produce as many as 330,000 batteries each
year that can be used for electric vehicles and residential stationary
storage (ESS). Unfortunately, the USITC’s decision effectively destroys
this promise, creating inevitable delays in the ability to meet
President Biden’s stated goals for domestic EV production. While the
decision purports to allow for a limited transition period for SK
Innovation to meet the needs of its clients, the ITC has otherwise
banned SK from importing critical components for its batteries for 10
years. It is absurd on its face to assume that any company would
continue building and staffing for a massive U.S. manufacturing facility
when it will be so drastically limited in its operations, and will
effectively be closed before it can even be brought to full capacity."

This is what our nation's court system should be and definitely what our political leftist Democrats want it to be. Quote: "U.S. Appeals Court Judge James Ho testified at a House Judiciary Committee hearing about diversity on the federal bench that is very much worth noting: It is true that I am the only Asian American on my court. I’m also the only immigrant on my court. But I would never suggest that a wise Asian would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion than a white judge. That would be antithetical to our legal system, and poisonous to civil society. No one should ever assume that I’m more likely to favor Asians or immigrants or anyone else—or that my colleagues are less likely to. Everyone should win or lose based on the law—period. That’s why Lady Justice wears a blindfold. That’s why judges wear black robes. My point is just that I don’t come to my views because I think racism is behind us. Rather, I come to my views precisely because racism is not behind us. The last thing we should do is divide people by race. The last thing we should do is suggest that the racists are right. We don’t achieve equality of opportunity by denying it to anyone—we achieve it by securing it for everyone. So make no mistake: It would be profoundly offensive—and un-American—to tell the world that you’re restricting a judgeship to members of only one race. It’s offensive to people of other races. And it’s offensive to people of that race—because you’re suggesting that the only way they’ll get the job is if you rig the rules in their favor. As a judge, I have the honor of presiding over a naturalization ceremony every year, to celebrate my own naturalization thirty-nine years ago. People from all around the world come together in one room, for one purpose—to become an American. And it reminds me that what binds our nation is not a common race, or religion, or philosophical point of view. What unites us is not a common past, but a common hope for the future—a shared love of freedom—and a mutual commitment to the Constitution and to the principle of equality of opportunity. Ho was born in Taiwan and is a naturalized U.S. citizen. President Donald Trump appointed Ho to the bench in 2018." ‘What Unites us is…a Common Hope for the Future – a Shared Love of Freedom’ - ForLiberty.News
This
is an example of the character of the people Joe Biden and his behind
the curtain handlers have picked for key position. Quote: " The
Defense Department has confirmed it opened an investigation into
recently hired Richard Torres-Estrada, the head of the U.S. Special
Operations Command’s office of diversity and inclusion. Torres-Estrada
previously posted photos comparing former President Trump to Adolf
Hitler in June 2020 and was named to the post last week. “USSOCOM
welcomes our new Chief of Diversity & Inclusion, Mr. Richard
Torres-Estrada. We look forward to his contribution in enhancing the
capabilities and effectiveness of #SOF through diversity of talent,
helping us recruit the best of the best,” USSOCOM posted on Thursday. The
announcement sparked backlash online as old social media posts from
Torres-Estrada’s Facebook page began circulating online. One post from
June 2020 featured side-by-side photos of
former President Donald Trump holding up a Bible outside of St. John’s
Church in Washington, D.C., and a doctored image of Adolf Hitler made to
look as if he is holding up a Bible." My reaction: He must have been
talking about Joe Biden instead of Trump. Joe fits the bill; Trump does
not. People inculcated with left wing Marxist doctrine seem to be
unable to think logically and are unable to deal with reality, facts and
truth. Defense Department Opens Investigation Into Diversity and Inclusion Chief for Posts Comparing Trump to Hitler - Trump Train News
