Special Prosecutor Mueller and The Trump Investigation 1

Let's see now.  Special Prosecutor Mueller has not found any evidence of Russian collusion, his assigned task, so he is turning elsewhere for greener pastures. To get at least something on Trump he seems to have settled on the evil of spending hush money. He is not following the precedent set by former President Obama who spent $150K to keep his pastor Jeremiah Wright's mouth shut.  No charges were filed.  So, we can assume it is okay for Democrats but Mueller has decided that Republicans are not allowed to get away with it even though campaign funds were not use.  Trump's own money was used so there is no crime.  Cohen certainly knows that but is nonetheless the crime Cohen confessed to.  Mueller just wants people to think it is. The left will eat it up. That is justice the Democrat way.  The whole charade will fail because Trump paid two women to keep quiet out of his own pocket  - multiple Democrat presidential candidates have done the same thing.  Mueller knows that too.  He just doesn't care if he misleads the public.  His job is to get rid of Trump any way he can.   https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/12/flashback-obama-offered-150000-bribe-to-silence-crackpot-preacher-jeremiah-wright-no-charges-were-filed/?   I have a hunch that we are likely to soon learn just how much of a criminal Mueller is. He is as dirty as they come.
This retired FBI agent sent a  letter to the Judge overseeing the LTG (R) Michael Flynn's case brought by Special Prosecutor Mueller. Her letter documents prosecutorial and FBI misconduct. This is just part of what she had to say about Flynn. Quote: "Mike has been a respected leader by his peers and by FBI Agents and Analysts who have interacted with him. I personally feel he is the finest leader I have ever worked with or for in my career. Our continued friendship and subsequent friendship with his family has helped all of us cope with the stress a situation like this puts on individuals and families. It is so very painful to watch an American hero, and my friend, torn apart like this.  His family has had to endure what no family should have to. I know this because of the damaging effect my case had on my parent’s health, finances, and emotional well-being. Mike and I both had to sell our houses due to legal fees, endured smear campaigns (mostly by the same individual, McCabe). I ended up being deemed homeless by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, was on public assistance and endured extensive health and emotional damage due to the retaliation. Mike kept in touch and kept me motivated.  He has always reached out to help me with whatever he could."  And,  "I believe I have a unique inside view of the mannerisms surrounding Andrew McCabe, other FBI Executive Management and Former Director Mueller, as well as the unethical and coercive tactics they use, not to seek the truth, but to coerce pleas or admissions to end the pain, as I call it. They destroy lives for their own agendas instead of seeking the truth for the American people. Candor is something that should be encouraged and used by leadership to have necessary and continued improvement.  Under Mueller, it was seen as a threat and viciously opposed by those he pulled up in the chain of command. I am explaining this because numerous Agents have expressed the need for you to know McCabe’s and Mueller’s pattern of “target and destroy” has been utilized on many others, without regard for policies and laws. I, myself, am a casualty of this reprehensible behavior and I have spoken to well over 150 other FBI individuals who are casualties as well."  And,  "Michael Flynn has always displayed overwhelming candor and forthrightness.  One of the main individuals involved in his case is Andrew McCabe, who used similar tactics against me in my case, of which Mike Flynn defended me by penning a letter of character reference and is a witness.  Seeing McCabe was named as a Responding Management Official in my case, he should have recused himself with anything having to do with a character witness on my behalf against him and DOJ. I’m told by numerous people, but have been unable to confirm, that McCabe was asked why he was so viciously going after Flynn; my name was mentioned. I do know, from experience with McCabe, he is a vindictive individual and I have no doubt Mike’s support of me fueled McCabe’s disdain and personally vindictive aggressive unethical activities in this case. It matches his behavior in my case."    https://rawconservativeopinions.com/2018/12/16/former-fbi-ssa-exposes-mccabe-mueller-s-unethtical-target-destroy-coercion-tactics-defends-flynn/    Anyone who reads this letter should agree that Mueller belongs in jail and not leading an investigation of the President of the United States.  All charges against Flynn should be dropped and Mueller, by court order, required to pay all of Flynn's costs defending himself against a criminal prosecutor.
If these charges hold up and the case goes to trial, Mueller could well be branded a criminal for life.  Quote: "The special counsel’s office is packed with Democrat partisans scheming to bring down the President. But now Robert Mueller’s targets are starting to fight back. And one surprise witness just slapped Mueller with the news that could brand him a criminal for the rest of his life. Mueller and his gang of 17 angry Democrats tried to force conservative author Jerome Corsi to sign a statement claiming he was the conduit between the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks. The only problem was that it was a lie. So Corsi backed out of a plea agreement about making false statements. Instead, Corsi fought back and filed a 78-page criminal and ethics complaint against Mueller alleging the special counsel tried to force him to lie."   https://renewedright.com/robert-mueller-just-got-slapped-with-the-news-that-could-brand-him-a-criminal-for-life/   Given the contents of the item before this one lends credence to the charge that Mueller is grossly unethical.
More regarding Mueller's unethical if not illegal conduct.  Quote: "The evidence indicates Mueller has destroyed or is suppressing Brady material. There was an original 302 created within five days — by FBI protocol — of the Jan. 24, 2016 ambush interview of General Flynn by two agents — Strzok and Special Agent Joe Pientka. It is mentioned in the Strzok-Page text messages and on page four of the recrafted 302 Mueller filed. Comey read the original 302 before he was fired."  And,  "Even worse, the Justice Department's Inspector General reported last week that Mueller wiped disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok's cell phone of thousands of relevant text messages while he worked for the special counsel's office. The IG couldn't recover any text messages from it."

Things for Mueller could go from bad to worse.  Quote: "Mueller forced a guilty plea from Flynn despite the fact that the FBI agents who interviewed him believed he was truthful. Now that Flynn is about to be sentenced, Mueller’s shady conduct is about to catch up with him. The judge on the case requested Mueller turn over all regarding the FBI’s Flynn interview so he could fairly judge the claims made by Flynn’s lawyers that he was treated unfairly by the Bureau. Mueller refused. And now many Americans – including prominent members of Congress – believe the judge may be about ready to toss Flynn’s guilty plea. California Congressman Darrell Issa told Fox News he believes the FBI’s misconduct in the matter was so over the top that Flynn’s guilty plea may not hold up."  https://renewedright.com/robert-mueller-is-about-to-find-out-the-one-fact-that-will-send-him-running-for-his-life/
Mueller is under judicial scrutiny for prosecutorial misconduct. Quote: "A judge is asking the Mueller probe for answers after former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s legal team claimed in a Tuesday court filing that he was pressured into not having a lawyer present during the January, 2017 interview which led to charges against him. “U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Mueller late Wednesday to turn over all of the government’s documents and ‘memoranda’ related to Flynn’s questioning. The extraordinary demand puts Mueller under the microscope, and sets a 3:00 p.m. EST Friday deadline for the special counsel’s office to produce the sensitive FBI documents,” Fox News reported. The move came one day after the filing, which said that then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe had made the request that Flynn go lawyer-less."  And,  "As for what this means for Flynn, it could mean that his Tuesday sentencing is delayed; given that Mueller was recommending no jail time, that isn’t too much of a concern. If he was deprived of his constitutional right to counsel through coercion, it also could mean that the judge could throw out the charge. While there’s nothing pointing that way so far, mind you, Sullivan is the same judge who tossed former Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens’ 2008 conviction on corruption charges due to evidence of government misconduct. What this amounts to remains to be seen, as so many things in the Mueller investigation do. However, this again adds a patina of deep statiness to a case that’s already had a few layers of it. The FBI oughtn’t be in the business of advising people to forego lawyers during an interview, particularly if it’s going to end with them pleading guilty to a felony."   https://www.westernjournal.com/ct/judge-puts-mueller-microscope-alleged-fbi-misconduct-explodes/
