This far leftist Democrat governor of New York is so far to the left in his fight against the NRA that even the liberal ACLU is defending them against his hateful and false nonsense.  And this guy whose administrations have been fraught with corruption is considering a run for the White House. Just more evidence that voting Democrat is a danger to our country.  Quote: "The NRA is an extremist organization. That we have been used and abused by Chinese government and industry theft and unsavory practices is a matter of record.  Trump has taken on the challenge to these ongoing practices and the Chinese seem to be taking notice.  This item provides insight into what Trump has already accomplished and portends what may lie ahead to put a stop to Chinese nefarious activities. Trump's deal with Mexico has enticed Canada to want to join in. Quote: "A direct shot across China’s bow are rules that press for greater domestically-made clothing apparel. We need to support him and vote against any Democrat running for office this November.  A Democrat take over of the House of Representatives would stop the Trump train in its tracks.  That would be a huge victory for the criminal Deep State.

I usually don't agree with anything liberal NPR does or says.  But this time I do.  See for yourself.  They in this case did their due diligence and got to the facts and dispelled uncorroborated standard liberal mythical nonsense. The topic is school shootings. Quote: "This spring the U.S. Education Department reported that in the 2015-2016 school year, “nearly 240 schools … reported at least 1 incident involving a school-related shooting.” The number is far higher than most other estimates. But NPR reached out to every one of those schools repeatedly over the course of three months and found that more than two-thirds of these reported incidents never happened. Child Trends, a nonpartisan nonprofit research organization, assisted NPR in analyzing data from the government’s Civil Rights Data Collection. We were able to confirm just 11 reported incidents, either directly with schools or through media reports. In 161 cases, schools or districts attested that no incident took place or couldn’t confirm one. In at least four cases, we found, something did happen, but it didn’t meet the government’s parameters for a shooting. About a quarter of schools didn’t respond to our inquiries. Most of the school leaders NPR reached had little idea of how shootings got recorded for their schools. For example, the CRDC reports 26 shootings within the Ventura Unified School District in Southern California. “I think someone pushed the wrong button,” said Jeff Davis, an assistant superintendent there.
