Hunter Biden owes ex-wife Kathleen Buhle $2.9M in alimony and other debts as she is set to testify in gun, tax evasion trials

Hunter Biden owes his ex-wife $2.9 million after a protracted legal battle - and now his one time spouse is expected to be a key witness in his looming trials.

Kathleen Buhle, who was married to the first son for 24 years before they split in 2017, claims Hunter has blown off agreed-upon alimony payments, legal fees, interest and other debts to her over the years.

Buhle sued Hunter in 2019, shortly after he married current wife Melissa Cohen.

The dispute with Buhle has been simmering in Washington, D.C. courts for years, and in 2021 Hunter was found to be in violation of his divorce settlement.

Paul Morigi Now Buhle, mother to three of Hunter's five kids, is set to take the stage as Hunter faces federal trial next week for illegal gun possession, and again in September when Hunter goes on trial for alleged tax crimes.

The dispute makes a is mentioned in special counsel David Weiss' tax evasion indictment of the younger Biden.

URGENT CALL TO ACTION: MASSIVE VOLUNTEER EFFORT NEEDED TO LAUNCH STATE CAMPAIGNS & BOOST MAGA MOVEMENT

http://trumpforce47.com

“We need massive amounts of volunteers to now actually get a campaign going in the states, which doesn't exist currently. In your neighborhoods, if you're up to speed on topics, your neighbors kind of respect that. They say, "Well, look, I'm a low-information voter. I don't have time for politics, don't like politics. But you know, the Joneses down the street, they're all over this." They know the best way to sell the Trump movement, the best way to sell MAGA and President Trump, is not through a 30-second spot. That's a consultant scam. It’s good old-fashioned elbow grease.” -Steve Bannon

Don’t cower to the bullies who convicted Trump

 Editor's Commentary:

We must stand strong and proud in the face of those who seek to tarnish the legacy of President Trump. The left-wing media and their Democrat allies have waged a relentless campaign of lies and smears against a true patriot who dedicated his life to making America great.

We cannot allow these bullies to intimidate us into silence. We must push back against their false narratives and expose their hypocrisies. President Trump may have been acquitted by the Senate, but the radical left continues to target him with baseless accusations and malicious investigations. It is a disgraceful attempt to undermine the will of the American people and silence a voice that dares to speak the truth.

We must remember that we are the land of the free and the home of the brave. We must not be cowed by those who seek to divide us with their toxic politics of personal destruction. Let us unite behind the values that make America great: freedom, liberty, and justice for all. We must continue to support President Trump and his America First agenda, which has delivered unprecedented prosperity and security to our nation.

Raise your voices in defense of truth and fairness. Let us show these bullies that we will not be intimidated. We must stand tall, speak out, and fight for what we believe in. God bless President Trump, and God bless the United States of America!

White House Admits in Federal Court They ‘Doctored’ Joe Biden’s Special Counsel Testimony Transcript to Make Him Appear Less Incompetent: Report

Recent bombshell revelations have emerged, exposing the White House's admission in federal court to altering the transcript of Joe Biden's testimony with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

The damning report reads, in part: In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse.

Biden's legal team contended that Hur's references to Biden's memory issues during the interview were misleading and unfairly prejudicial.

How in the hell dare he raise that?" Biden previously told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference.

" In March, Republicans planned to hold U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for the Justice Department's refusal to release the audio recordings of Joe Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

"The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees issued lawful subpoenas to Attorney General Garland for the audio recordings of President Biden's interview with Special Counsel Hur, yet he continues to defy our subpoenas," House Oversight Chairman James Comer said in a statement.

"These audio recordings are important to our investigation of President Biden's willful retention of classified documents and his fitness to be President of the United States.

New revelations revealed that the White House admitted to altering the transcript of Joe Biden's testimony to the Special Counsel to make him appear less incompetent.

Unsurprisingly, Biden's allies within the Justice Department have vehemently opposed this filing, aiming to delay or even prevent its release until after the upcoming election, according to Oversight Project, launched by The Heritage Foundation in January 2022, which aims to increase aggressive oversight of the Biden administration and its policies.

President Biden has personally invoked Executive Privilege against The Heritage Foundation and Judicial Watch in an attempt to keep his controversial interview with Special Counsel Hur under wraps.

"After being forced into Federal court by us, the White House admits they altered evidence to make Biden appear less incompetent.

Biden Is Now Losing to a Felon

Let that sink in. Yes, the polls that President Biden insists have been “wrong all along” show a consistently tight contest. But the word that should (and does) alarm Democrats is “consistently.” The incumbent president, in battleground polls in particular, is consistently trailing the former president, who as of Thursday afternoon is a convicted felon.

To say the least, it bodes poorly for Biden if, a month from now, the polls are unmoved. And despite Democrats’ dogged efforts to sideline Donald Trump — it is entirely possible that is the case.

Will casual Trump supporters and undecideds at last tilt to the Democrats out of frustration with his endless legal battles and tawdry personal life? Will they see Alvin Bragg's prosecution as inherently partisan and flawed, and therefore the convictions that resulted as tainted? Dan writes, We're in completely uncharted territory here.

Trump's sentencing is set for right before the Republican convention; jail is a remote possibility.

As John Yoo notes, a Quinnipiac poll found "a conviction would make only 6 percent of self-identified Trump voters less likely to vote for him." Ramesh Ponnuru argues that the trial may have helped Trump to "Shore up his support by illustrating and dramatizing his central theme of his victimization by weaponized government." Recent developments in Trump's multifarious other criminal cases could push off any more trials until after the election.

In early May, a judge postponed Trump's trial over his alleged mishandling of classified files.

The U.S. Supreme Court is reviewing Trump's immunity claims in the federal election-interference case, and the speed and nature of that decision could determine whether the case goes to trial before or after November.

S.C. senators maintain strong grip on local magistrates

Less than three weeks after this story and a companion investigative piece were published, Gov. Henry McMaster in a letter to the S.C. Senate called for reforms in the magistrate selection process, pointing out that his "Relatively recent predecessors adopted or acceded to a custom of senatorial deference, whereby a local senator or county senatorial delegation is relied upon as the sole source for nominations." McMaster in his letter contended that candidates have not been "Sufficiently vetted in recent years" and noted that dozens of magistrates have been "Acting in a holdover capacity" after their four-year terms have expired.

At least one magistrate in 22 of the state's 46 counties was listed in that status, with Spartanburg County topping the group with 20 judges.

Nine magistrates have been in holdover status for at least five years, with two judges - both in Oconee County - serving more than 17 years beyond when their terms expired, The Nerve's review found.

Aiken County has no magistrates in holdover status, according to the Governor's Office and Judicial Department lists.

"Otherwise, we just have an indefinite amount of period for the holdover." 'More accountable' But Sen. Rex Rice, R-Pickens, says he supports keeping magistrates in holdover status if necessary.

Asked if keeping magistrates in that status gives him too much control over them, Rice replied, "I don't think it does because I have the power to appoint them anyway." He pointed out that as a contractor, he doesn't appear before magistrates in his county or represents clients before them, adding, "So I have no conflict of interest before them." All three magistrates in holdover status are doing a good job for now, Rice said.

For most Oconee County magistrates, their annual pay ranged from $54,489 to $89,357, according to the fiscal year 2022 wage-and-salary survey by the South Carolina Association of Counties.
