Government, its elite private enterprise and academic partners as well as the mainstream media more often than not whitewash, hide/cover up, deny, overlook or destroy evidence, enact/support destructive policies, rewrite history and much more.  Their efforts are targeted at sustaining their power and control over what the public sees, hears and knows about nefarious goings on.  That enables them to control a duped citizenry.  This item documents just some of many examples.  Many you may have heard of.  Some maybe not.  Others probably not.  I may be accused of being a conspiracy nut but I assure you these items are fact based.

This item details uncovered evidence of illegal collusion between the IRS, Justice Department and the FBI to criminally prosecute targeted conservative groups.  The repeated denials and cries of baseless witch hunts are losing out to facts.  Quote: "Now, new documents obtained by government watchdog Judicial Watch through two different Freedom of Information Act lawsuits show extensive collaboration between the IRS and DOJ (and subsequently the FBI) to go after conservative groups with criminal charges. Planned Parenthood has been much in the news lately.  Not for good reasons.  They are responsible for killing over 50 million babies since passage of Roe v. Obama ‘Modifies’ U.S. Oath of Allegiance According to Islamic Law

The Obama administration recently made changes to the Oath of Allegiance to the United States in a manner very conducive to Sharia, or Islamic law.

On July 21, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced some “modifications” to the Oath of Allegiance which immigrants must take before becoming naturalized.
The original oath required incoming citizens to declare that they will “bear arms on behalf of the United States” and “perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States” when required by the law.
Now the USCIS says that “A candidate [to U.S. citizenship] may be eligible to exclude these two clauses based on religious training and belief or a conscientious objection.”
The new changes further add that new candidates “May be eligible for [additional?] modifications based on religious training and belief, or conscientious objection arising from a deeply held moral or ethical code.”

Obama Defends Iran Deal with Falsehoods and Slurs

Remember President Obama’s outright lies as he was selling Obamacare? He is now lying on an even larger scale as he tries to sell his fatally flawed nuclear deal with Iran to a skeptical Congress, and to the American people, who currently oppose the deal by a large margin.
In an address that Obama delivered on August 5^th at American University, Obama deliberately misrepresented the terms of his deal and slurred those who dare to question it. In a highly offensive and partisan tone, he accused the Republican caucus of being in “common cause” with Iran’s hardliners opposed to the deal, ignoring the serious reservations to the deal among many in his own party and the American public at large.
At the outset of his speech, Obama claimed that “we have achieved a detailed arrangement that permanently prohibits Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.”

DOJ Asks Congress to Reverse DOJ Opinion

Senators were stupefied Wednesday as Obama administration officials explained a recent legal opinion allowing federal agencies to withhold records from inspectors general appointed to oversee them – the consequences of which the officials support reversing with legislation.
Two inspectors general, supported by a crowd of about three dozen colleagues, also clamored for action at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, warning that in the meantime, whistleblowing through official channels has become riskier and accountability for agencies has diminished.
The administration's departure from a traditional understanding of the word "all" inspired the calls for prompt legislation by hearing participants.
Last month, the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel decided the Inspector General Act of 1978’s requirement that agencies make “all” records available to their inspectors general does not override laws that mandate certain types of information not be disclosed.

President Barack Obama has on air meltdown over opposition to Iran nuclear deal

President Obama, while before the TV cameras trying to sell that Iran nuclear deal, had an on air meltdown as only he could, saying alarming things in a measured, forceful tone, according to a Wednesday story in the Weekly Standard. He suggested that the mobs chanting “death to America” do not reflect the feelings of the Iranian people. Then he said, “"In fact, it's those hardliners who are most comfortable with the status quo. It's those hardliners chanting 'Death to America' who have been most opposed to the deal. They're making common cause with the Republican caucus.” One presumes that also means the growing number of Democrats, such as Rep. Steve Israel, who are coming out against the deal.
The analysis in Hot Air of what might be the worst low the president has ever gone is well worth the read. Essentially, the president is using talking points from the mullahs and are using them as his own. But there is more.
