The Health Ranger pointed out that the ATF is getting all the records of federal firearms licenses (FFLs) that cease operations.
According to Cloud, Congress had been involved in dealing with the ATF – discovering that the agency had collected an abnormal amount of gun records numbering in the billions.
Moreover, the federal legislature also noted that the ATF digitized these records even though it wasn't supposed to have a federal gun registry.
