Does that language suggest that it is possible
for anyone to kill a baby and not be punished for doing so? The only
obvious reason is that the Supreme Court unconstitutionally used their
Roe v. Wade ruling to cut out an exemption for the benefit of women who
do not want to carry their baby to full term. But that is only a court
ruling. It is not a law. The legislature never took the step of enacting
a law subsequent to the Supreme Court ruling. My guess is that the then
leaders of the legislature knew that doing so would never pass the
legislative process, so the supporters of the Court ruling "dubbed" Roe
v. Wade the law of the land hoping no one would challenge their false
declaration. That declaration has unlawfully permitted abortions to
persist for the last 50 years. As a consequence millions of babies
protected by 18 U.S. Code Section1841 have been unlawfully murdered. Who
knows what those lives lost could have contributed to humanity.
W
orse
yet it has been condoned by abortion proponents, abortion clinics, the
U.S. Government and its three branches: Administrative, legislative and
Judicial. The U.S. government even funds abortion facilities with
taxpayer funds, violating the conscience and religious beliefs of many
American citizens. The fact is that it is even possible that these
entities may have long consciously or not engaged in genocide which is a
crime against humanity. Still no successful appeal has been launched
to repeal Roe v. Wade. Do you wonder why? I do.
This is a portion of an article published by the Criminal Defense Website what they say about genocide. "Genocide
is considered to be one of the world’s worst crimes against humanity,
so it should come as no surprise that the United States federal
government has strict laws prohibiting genocide. Those
who are accused of committing genocide need to understand the nature of
the charges, determine how to respond to accusations, and get the right
legal help from an experienced attorney who understands genocide
laws. [...] Genocide crimes are defined in18 U.S. Code Chapter 50A.
There are a total of three different statutes within Chapter 50,
including a statute with definitions applicable throughout the chapter.
The relevant federal laws related to genocide include: 18 U.S. Code section 1091 ; 18 U.S. Code section 1092 ; 18 U.S. Code section 1093." Notably Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was an avid eugenicist. Margaret Sanger’s extreme brand of eugenics | America Magazine So is Bill Gates. EUGENICS: Anthony Fauci, America’s High Priest of Death by Exotic Disease | RIELPOLITIK Does anyone really believe that the Supreme Court Roe v. Wade ruling trumps established U.S. laws prohibiting genocide? Do
you wonder why Roe v. Wade is not applicable in this case? And, why the
abortion industry and its enablers have not been charged with
genocide? I have.
It
is understandable that some women and girls who get pregnant for a
variety of reasons do not want to carry their baby to term. It is my
opinion that some of those reasons are reasonably justified but most are
not. Justifiable examples include victims of rape or incest as well as a
verified medical risk to the life of the mother. Those are certainly
morally compelling considerations.
Maybe in such cases the nation's legislature should do their job and
enact well defined laws supporting such situations. But that is not what
the majority of abortions are about.
Making abortion the preferred prophylactic
is pure nonsense and only benefits the abortion industry which profits
from them both doing abortions and the subsequent selling of the baby
parts to industries who further profit from the use of the aborted baby
parts. Little to no thought is given to the pain and suffering of the
aborted victim. Protestations by pro-abortionists that babies feel no
pain is patently false.
Pretending they do not suffer is the worst possible form of child abuse
and represents the most egregious violation of existing U.S. child
abuse laws. New Study Shows Babies Suffer Incredible Pain During Abortion (pulpitandpen.org)
Likewise, little to no thought is given to the use of morning after
pills and other preventative devices available to prevent unwanted
pregnancies. Having
an abortion is a dangerous procedure with resulting deaths and/or
emergency treatments for the mothers not being infrequent. Don't
believe me? Read this item lifted from the NIH article linked below.
Quote: " Every
year, worldwide, about 42 million women with unintended pregnancies
choose abortion, and nearly half of these procedures, 20 million, are
unsafe. Some 68,000 women die of unsafe abortion annually, making it one
of the leading causes of maternal mortality (13%). Of the women who
survive unsafe abortion, 5 million will suffer long-term health
complications.
Unsafe abortions is thus a pressing issue. Both of the primary
methods for preventing unsafe abortion—less restrictive abortion laws
and greater contraceptive use—face social, religious, and political
obstacles, particularly in developing nations, where most unsafe
abortions (97%) occur. Even where these obstacles are overcome, women
and health care providers need to be educated about contraception and
the availability of legal and safe abortion, and women need better
access to safe abortion and postabortion services. Otherwise, desperate
women, facing the financial burdens and social stigma of unintended
pregnancy and believing they have no other option, will continue to risk
their lives by undergoing unsafe abortions." Unsafe Abortion: Unnecessary Maternal Mortality (nih.gov)
Then
there is the reality of why so many abortions are required. Social and
governmental ineptitude and religious stigma are the primary factors
involved. First and foremost, sexual promiscuity can
be traced to the lowering of social behavioral standards, decayed
notions of morality and undermining legitimate sexual behavioral
standards long promoted by the political left. Their obsession with and
protection of permissive sexual behavior of all kinds, they claim should
be accepted by modern society, normalized even. They claim that abiding
responsible sexual behavior is passe' and long out of fashion. No
matter the existence of multiple sexually transmitted diseases that result during illicit unprotected sexual encounters and the dangers inherent in having an abortion.
