The political left regards supporting historically sexual practices as repugnant and immoral and feel sexual deviancy should
be normalized and such behavior protected as a human right. The
political left even champions the right of people to engage in practices
such as gay and lesbian lifestyles, changing their birth gender to the
opposite sex known as transgenderism, pedophilia, bestiality and
more. Sexuality they believe must be taught to children as early as
kindergarten so they will not grow up to reject all forms of sexual deviancy as a unnormal behavior.
Historic religious and moral behavior is passe'. No one, even parents,
should not be allowed to interfere with what consenting people, even
innocent children, feel compelled to do sexually. Abortion is different
for sure but is related to the political left's obsession with unsafe
and even unhealthy sexual practices they irresponsibly promote. Such
activities do much to degrade the morals of our nation's population into
embracing a hedonistic no-morals society with no sexually related
behavior standards which a civil, responsible and sane society needs to

According
to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary (2008), the definition of promiscuity
is the “miscellaneous mingling or selection of persons (or things)”,
and by ‘miscellaneous’ it is meant “consisting of diverse or various
things or subjects”. By sexual promiscuity, therefore, one
generally refers to a person who randomly selects various partners for
sexual activities. In wikipedia (2008), it reads, simply: “having casual
sexual partners at will”. As previously noted the political left has
long sought to lower sexual norms to the level now fitting the
definition just cited. That drift into hedonism has fawned inappropriate
sexual behavior as being acceptable. Even normal. No longer is sex
between married partners the accepted standard. Couples wishing to have
children and a mutually enjoyable sexual relationship is old fashioned.
Hence, the rise in out of wedlock pregnancies by people not having
protected sex. By not engaging in protected sex abortions have
skyrocketed notwithstanding the plethora of prophylactics available.
That irresponsible behavior leads to far too many abortions being used
as a prophylactic. As previously noted that is good for the Abortion
industry. But, not good for society or the murdered babies.
It
is a fact that far too many abortions have tragic consequences for the
patient undergoing the procedure. Human Life International published an
article on August 11, 2021 entitled The Risks of Abortions. In part it
states this: " The
pro-abortion movement has gone to great lengths to downplay the risks
of abortion to the mother, but these risks are very real. This article
will examine some of the common consequences of abortion. As we shall
see, aside from always resulting in a dead baby, abortions are also
dangerous to the mother. [...] We have all heard abortion stories—like Abby Johnson’s—of women given little-to-no aid after their abortions. In his book Abortion Practices,
prolific late-term abortionist Dr. Warren Hern once admitted: “In
medical practice, there are few surgical procedures given so little
attention and so underrated in its potential hazards as abortion. It is a
commonly held view that complications are inevitable.”1
Not much has changed since his admission. Women are often injured, as Operation Rescue repeatedly documents. And women still suffer both short-term and long-term effects. In a 2019 amicus curiae brief,
former abortion providers Dr. Kathi Aultman, Carol Everett, Dr. Anthony
Levatino, and Dr. Beverly McMillan testified in Louisiana to the need
for abortion doctors to have hospital admitting privileges. They
testified because they understand the frequent dangers to the
mothers—dangers that are exacerbated when the abortionist cannot or will
not send mothers to the hospital after something has gone wrong. [...]
In addition to the risks to the health of the mother, there is also the
risk of death. According to Raymond Adamek, who has researched and written about this subject: The most recent (November 27, 2020) Abortion Surveillance report by
the CDC, covering 45 years from 1973 through 2017, indicates that, out
of 519 maternal deaths, 86.1% resulted from legal abortion, 11% from
illegal abortion, and 2.9% from abortions whose legal status was
unknown."
The last section of the article provides a listing of the nine risks
when having an abortion with a short summary of each. They are: Pelvic
Inflammatory Disease, Placenta Privia, Ectopic Pregnancies, Cervical
Lacerations, Uterine Perforation, Breast Cancer, Infertility and Future

could be covered but this will help us better understand the extent of
the issues now before the Supreme Court. Let's hope they reach the right
