Terrible March Job Numbers

Is this indicative of the economic recovery the Administration and its media partners keep telling us about?  Note that the drop in unemployment rate is NOT good news because it is really a consequence of an even larger number of people dropping out of the job market.  People are simply giving up looking for work.  The very last sentence in the piece tells us that these numbers paint "a dismal picture and most economists believe the trend will contrinue until the 4th quarter this year."  Now look for a continuing climb in the unemployment benefit, food stamp and disability numbers.  Be assured, however, the Administration, especially the President, will keep telling us that "We are moving in the right direction."  We have been hearing that from him/them going on 5 years now.  I wonder when it will really happen.  George  Burns
