An FBI Whistleblower Knows Where The FBI Buried The Evidence On The Bidens

"Take recent big news from whistleblower disclosures revealing that the Justice Department and the FBI have the unclassified FD-1023 form spelling out Biden's alleged criminal behavior. Then combine that with other known information to discover the bigger picture."

"For instance, in response to Wray's failure to comply with the subpoena, Grassley, who had previously noted the FD-1023 form was five or six pages long, indicated that the confidential human source was"an apparent trusted FBI source.

" This is huge because Grassley wouldn't make that claim unless the whistleblower had. That means the source is not some random guy walking in off the street, but rather an existing "trusted" CHS, which is why the FBI used the FD-1023 form.

In that letter, Grassley said the whistleblower had claimed that "The FBI developed information in 2020 about Hunter Biden's criminal financial and related activity," but "That in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by an FBI Headquarters team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease."

From Grassley's investigations, it appears that the FBI had at least one recording that implicated members of the Biden family in a criminal enterprise and buried that evidence based on his statement that "Shed light on Hunter Biden's business and financial relationship with Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky," and those "Documents include specific details about conversations by non-government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden."

Cleveland pointed out that Grassley had previously requested interview summary forms that referenced Zlochevsky, and in seeking FBI records, the senator's letter made clear that "Records" included "Recorded or graphic material," including "Recordings of verbal communications."

"Whether these possibilities pan out remains to be seen, but what should be clear to all now is that the whistleblower knows where the evidence is buried - and Grassley and Comer have brought their shovels," Cleveland concluded.

Excerpt from Introduction to the Center for Renewing America FY2023 Budget:

The evidence of America’s fiscal brokenness is everywhere. Inflation—an economic phenomenon the experts promised was permanently relegated to history—is now running at forty-year highs, making all of life more expensive but worse, making fools out of all those taught to save their money for the deferred gain of building and investing. The nation owes $31 trillion and counting, and the interest the Treasury Department must pay is steadily marching higher and higher. The annual cost of interest payments will exceed the Pentagon’s budget within the next ten years.

The notion of “fiscal discipline” itself might as well be in a time capsule. Congress considers no budgets, legislation never hits against cost limitations, and every partisan disagreement is “solved” simply by spending more on the pet programs of the opposing party. The Federal Reserve creates trillions of dollars with a few keyboard clicks payable to big banks who will be paid interest for not lending, and in exchange for subsuming the nation’s debt, which alleviates policymakers from experiencing the hangover of their financial mismanagement—all while clamoring about the importance of its “independence” to escape government by the people.

So yes, the need for a budget—a fiscal plan—could not be more immediate. But there are some serious challenges facing any renewed effort to deal with this fiscal nightmare, and any budget intended for results must consider these.

Misinformation Is A Word We Use To Shut You Up

What is being labeled and attacked as "Misinformation" is not a matter of true or false information, but of true or false knowledge-meaning that disagreement more commonly arises over interpretations and judgments as to which interpretations to take stock in or believe.

Interpretation takes us beyond the working interpretation.

It opens things up to the marvelous generation and multiplying of interpretations; you now face a portfolio or menu of interpretations, and it is a portfolio that can always grow yet another interpretation.

Usually, what people argue fervently over is not information, but interpretations and judgments as to which interpretations to act on.

In misrepresenting matters of interpretation and judgment as one of "Misinformation," they misrepresent the nature of their projects and dodge the responsibility to account for how they judge among vying interpretations.

The lying can be at the level of information, but it usually makes more sense to say that its lying is at the level of interpretation: The government promotes interpretations-for example, The Covid virus came from nature-, interpretations that it, the government, itself does not particularly believe.

Disagreement usually arises over interpretations and judgments as to which interpretations to take stock in or believe.

Each can then make a moment in the other's judgment into an object up for examination, an object for interpretation and estimation.

Facts are theory-laden is a useful saying, for it reminds us that what one person calls "Fact" can be opened up to examination and challenge by another person-or even by the same person, a moment later, after having called it "Fact." The simple truth is that we could, if we had cause to, dig interpretation and judgment out from underneath any of our facts.

We may more directly speak of multiple interpretations of the information, as opposed to multiple interpretations of the facts.

Thus, rather than interpretively pivoting off the "Fact"-level interpretation-that the line reads 678-3554-let's pivot interpretively off of what I have called "The working interpretation"-that 678-3554 is a phone number-a level up from the factual, and there the pivot then turns to open up the interpretation dimension: "Maybe the phone number is a secret encoded message?" Again, universal acceptance among the "We" is built into "The facts": None of us disputes that the line says 678-3554.

Stunned John Kirby Stammers Out a Denial and Leaves Podium after White House Reporter Details Joe Biden Bribe Allegations and Whistleblower Charges, Asks About Majority of Americans Believing Biden is Corrupt

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby was stunned by a reporter's question at Wednesday's briefing that mentioned a bribery allegation against Joe Biden, along with his involvement in the Biden family's international business dealings and whistleblower charges of interference in investigations, followed with a request to comment on a recent poll showing a majority of Americans believe Joe Biden is corrupt.

After gathering his thoughts, Kirby stammered out a brief denial on Biden's behalf and referred the part about the whistleblower to the FBI before leaving the podium.

Nelson: "There have been many developments in the House investigations into the First Family's international business dealings. Recently, uh, there's one committee trying to get an FBI file alleging that President Biden took bribes. There's another IRS whistleblower who is alleging there is a cover-up in the investigation. Amid all this there was a Harvard-Harris poll this month that found that fifty-three percent of the public including a fourth of Democrats believe quote"Joe Biden was involved with his son in an, in an illegal influence peddling scheme.

" "Uh, there is of course evidence the President interacted with his relatives' associates from China, uh, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine.

Uh, so what do you say to the majority of Americans who believe that the President is himself corrupt?" Kirby, "Wow!The President, the President, the President has spoken to this.

Uh, the President has spoken to this uh, and there's nothing to these claims.

As for the, the, the, the whistleblower issue that you talked about and uh, uh and , the, the document, I, I believe the FBI has spoken to that and you'll have to go to them on that.

McCarthy Reportedly Gave Democrats Secret Concessions In Exchange For Debt Ceiling Votes

Rep. Chip Roy, reacting to news that Democrats might have squeezed McCarthy on earmarks, tweeted derisively: "Earmarks! Sell! Sell! Sell! #NoDeal[.]" * * * Update: The House has successfully voted to raise the debt limit.

71 Republicans opposed the measure, as did 46 Democrats, while 149 Republicans and 165 Democrats voted to back the plan.

As we noted earlier, the bill - which as discussed here does not cut real Federal spending even in year one despite widespread propaganda that In exchange for Republican votes for the suspension, Democrats agreed to cap federal spending for the next two years - would set the course for federal spending for the next two years and suspend the debt ceiling until Jan. 1, 2025 - postponing another clash over borrowing until after the presidential election.

Of note, in order to try and convince hardline conservatives to vote yes, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy had proposed a bipartisan commission, at an expected cost upwards of $100 million, to outline future budget cuts.

Watch live: * * * Shortly after 4pm ET, the debt-limit deal cleared a major hurdle in the House despite growing opposition, setting up the legislation for a vote around 8:15pm on Wednesday night, a vote which despite vocal showboating opposition from various republicans appears destined to pass.

While the House voted 241-187 to take a procedural step needed to consider the measure, McCarthy needed votes from Democrats to offset 29 Republican "No" votes, underscoring the divide within his own party over the legislation as such votes setting the rules for debate are nearly always decided along party lines.

The bill - which as discussed here does not cut real Federal spending even in year one despite widespread propaganda that In exchange for Republican votes for the suspension, Democrats agreed to cap federal spending for the next two years - would set the course for federal spending for the next two years and suspend the debt ceiling until Jan. 1, 2025 - postponing another clash over borrowing until after the presidential election.

As The Hill reports, the bill is likely to get over 40 Senate Democratic votes, meaning it will likely need at least 10-20 "Yes" votes from Senate Republicans in order for it to move to President Biden's desk before the June 5 "X-date" deadline set by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen for the US to run out of funds.

Sen. Rand Paul has similarly thrown a wrench in the gears - demanding a vote on his "Conservative alternative" that would cut total federal spending by $545 billion over two years.

The Hill Rand Paul says he won't vote for any bill to raise the debt ceiling that doesn't balance the federal budget in five years - which would require over $500 billion in future cuts.

Braun told reporters that he wouldn't vote for the bill unless it similarly contains major changes and amendments, adding that he won't object to speeding up the debate on the legislation if he and his GOP colleagues can submit amendments - even if they're unlikely to pass.

Breadcrumbs From An FBI Source Lead To A Bigger Biden Scandal

After a confidential human source claimed then-Vice President Joe Biden agreed to accept money from a foreign national to affect policy decisions, FBI agents used what's called an FD-1023 form to record the allegation.

In response to Wray's failure to comply with the subpoena, Grassley, who had previously noted the FD-1023 form was five or six pages long, indicated that the confidential human source was "An apparent trusted FBI source." This is huge because Grassley wouldn't make that claim unless the whistleblower had. That means the source is not some random guy walking in off the street, but rather an existing "Trusted" CHS, which is why the FBI used the FD-1023 form.

In a letter to Wray, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, Grassley had previously revealed a promise by a Chinese communist government-connected enterprise to funnel $5 million to "Hunter and James Biden to compensate them for work done while Joe Biden was vice president." Records released by Grassley and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., also confirmed a $5 million payment to James and Hunter Biden from another Chinese-connected business.

In that letter, Grassley said the whistleblower had claimed that "The FBI developed information in 2020 about Hunter Biden's criminal financial and related activity," but "That in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by a FBI Headquarters team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease."

The basis for how the FBI HQ team selected the specific information for inclusion in Auten's assessment is unknown, but in more than one instance the focus of the FBI HQ team's attention involved derogatory information about Hunter Biden.

Given the timing of the assessment and the date of the CHS report, it seems likely the FBI used the CHS report as part of the "Assessment" and that the "Assessment" was of the CHS. This leads to the next significant point: According to the whistleblower, Auten's assessment led to the "Improper discrediting" of the verified and verifiable derogatory information about Hunter Biden.

Specifically, in one letter to the bureau, Grassley said other FBI records "Shed light on Hunter Biden's business and financial relationship with Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky," and those "Documents include specific details about conversations by non-government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden." Grassley had previously requested interview summary forms that referenced Zlochevsky, and in seeking FBI records, the senator's letter made clear that "Records" included "Recorded or graphic material," including "Recordings of verbal communications."

Why The White House Wants War

The current administration’s domestic social policies are so radical that they cannot be implemented (or disclosed) within a normal spectrum of law and government.  Its plans require extra-constitutional authority.  War provides that authority.

A formalized war footing with Russia is presumed an essential path to oil and gas supply disruption, both physical and price stability disruption, which presumably will accelerate green energy switching behavior.

In reality, war merely enriches oil and gas, and further consolidates its central energy role.

War is also an ideal platform to fully effect political persecution, and the marginalization or complete removal of competitive political parties.

A civil or world war "Seals the deal" just as it did in wartime Germany, the Soviet Union, North Korea, and eventually in Cuba and China.

Finally, war unleashes massive disruptions in population, demographics and health risk.

An unsettling aspect of the Biden administration's foreign policy is that, while it seeks war, it isn't prepared to fight one: it invites a confrontation with Russia not to win, but in an unprecedented perversion of U.S. national security interests, to lose: it has declared America, Americanism, and a majority of Americans, as its enemy.

The White House wants war, but an effective internal civil war that results in a reconstructed government, legal system, and political order.
