 Well, they would have gotten away with it had it not been for a pesky little news outlet called Revolver News.

Only an outfit as creepy and ideologically fanatical as Soros' Media Matters could possibly lament Revolver News' contribution to getting such a Pentagon group disbanded.

This is not the first time the "Mediocre" reporting of Revolver News has been so extraordinarily effective as to warrant a detailed timeline study by some adversarial Soros-funded, regime-aligned outlet.

As chronicled in Revolver's bombshell expose of the now-disgraced disinformation "Journalist" Renee DiResta, Stanford's in-house censorship think tank called the Stanford Internet Observatory did a detailed study of the effect of Revolver News' reporting on color revolutions.

Readers may recall that in the months leading up to the 2020 election, Revolver News distinguished itself with a series of reports on so-called "Color revolutions," pointing out that many national security professionals who conducted color revolution regime change operations overseas were using the very same tactics domestically in order to derail Donald Trump's presidency.

Stanford's Internet Observatory published a study on so-called "Misinformation" surrounding the 2020 election that took a particular interest in the fact that Revolver News' color revolution reporting had drawn unwelcome attention to the fact that national security professionals were using regime change tools normally deployed overseas to undermine then-President Trump.

With this level of effectiveness, no wonder George Soros has full time operatives employed to demonetize Revolver News and take us off the internet for good.

Musk Calls US & China ‘Conjoined Twins’ in Kowtowing CCP Trip.

 Tech billionaire and Twitter chairman Elon Musk bent the knee to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on a trip to the Far East.

Musk, who recently hitched his wagon to Republican presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis, was amongst a number of Western executives who travelled to China to pay court to the CCP this week.

“The interests of the United States and China are intertwined like conjoined twins,” said Musk, per the Chinese foreign ministry, rejecting proposals that America and the wider West should “decouple” from the hard-left dictatorship.

Musk’s relationship with the CCP – much like his recent hiring of World Economic Forum WEF) executive Linda Yaccarino as Twitter CEO – sits uncomfortably with his stated support for freedom of speech, a concept absolutely not tolerated by Beijing.

The South African’s links to China are strong. Chinese firms helped to fund his 2022 takeover of Twitter – despite its being banned in China – and he hailed the 100-year-anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party on Twitter equivalent Weibo in 2021.

Motion To Vacate: McCarthy Gave Democrats Secret Concessions In Exchange For Debt Ceiling Votes

 Everyone in Washington DC knows that McCarthy and Jeffries cut a secret deal to secure enough Democrat support to pass the debt ceiling deal Wednesday night.

Otherwise, he'd be admitting that his first major act as Speaker of the House was to pass a LEFTIST debt ceiling deal as more Democrats in the House voted in favor of it than Republicans.

Spokespeople for House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries disputed four Democratic sources who told Axios the two leaders had cut a deal for Democrats to help advance the debt ceiling bill to a final vote.

Why it matters: The 52 Democratic votes on a measure to bring the debt ceiling bill to the floor were necessary for the bill's survival after 29 Republicans had voted against moving it forward Wednesday afternoon.

What they're saying: McCarthy had told reporters after the initial afternoon vote that he had not cut a deal to ensure the Democratic votes.

The context: The GOP resistance in the procedural "Rules" vote was an unusual breach of norms - typically the majority party alone is considered responsible for putting a bill on the floor on those votes.

For McCarthy to need more Democrats than Republicans to vote to pass his deal is an unambiguous indicator that he either got rolled, is not really a Republican, or both.

Kevin McCarthy Betrayed His Party And Country By Producing A Debt Ceiling Deal The Democrats Adore

 Remember when RINO Speaker of the House said Democrats hated the debt deal he cut with Joe Biden? As it turns out, he got rolled.

Democrats hated the deal so much that they outvoted Republicans in the House to get it passed with ease.

In total, nearly a third of the Republican caucus voted against the bill.

McCarthy loyalists lined up to kiss the ring, but considering the minimal concessions Republicans got in exchange for suspending the debt limit for 19 months, it's unfathomable that any conservative who voted for it actually liked what they saw.

To those who thought this was a Republican bill, the numbers don't lie: 165 Democrats voted for it, and only 149 Republicans joined them.

Those voting against it included 71 heroic Republicans and only 46 Democrats.

Lee further predicted fallout for Republicans who supported it, posting, "Once the Biden-McCarthy deal is fully understood, it will be about as popular with Republican voters as Bud Light purchased on sale at Target."

A city with a million people in it is still going to be a great place to live if the right sort of people are there.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Announces Release Of Jan. 6 Tapes To More Outlets: ‘Unfettered Access’

 Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia announced Wednesday that the tapes showing the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the Capitol building would be released to more journalists.

John Solomon of JustTheNews.com, Julie Kelly of American Greatness and an unnamed outlet will receive "Unfettered access" to the over 41,000 hours of video footage of the Capitol riot, the Georgia congresswoman posted on Twitter.

"Their reporting on it starts tomorrow!" Republican Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, the Speaker of the House, previously provided then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson, a co-founder of the Daily Caller and Daily Caller News Foundation, access to the tapes, Axios reported.

Previous reports indicated that the amount of footage was 14,000 hours.

On March 6, Carlson aired video of the riot that showed Capitol Police officers escorting one protestor, the "QAnon shaman," through the halls of the building.

Carlson also showed video of Republican Sen. John Hawley of Missouri being escorted with other members of Congress from the Capitol, saying the Jan. 6 Committee selectively edited it to target Hawley.

Texas Gov. Abbott appoints interim AG amid Paxton impeachment

 Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott on Wednesday announced his appointment of a temporary state attorney general to replace Ken Paxton, who has been temporarily removed pending the resolution of his Senate trial.

Former Texas Secretary of State John Scott will serve in the post until the upper chamber proceedings conclude, Abbott announced in a press release.

"His decades of experience and expertise in litigation will help guide him while serving as the state’s top law enforcement officer," Abbott said. "I appoint John Scott for this role based on the Texas Constitution to serve for a temporary period during the Texas Senate’s resolution of the impeachment proceedings."

"John Scott has the background and experience needed to step in as a short-term interim Attorney General during the time the Attorney General has been suspended from duty," the governor continued. "He served under me in the Texas Attorney General’s Office and knows how the Office of the Attorney General operates. Scott was the Deputy Attorney General for Civil Litigation and has handled cases at all levels of the justice system."

The state House impeached Paxton last week, asserting that he engaged in bribery and other unlawful conduct. Paxton and his staff have denied the allegations. Two-thirds of the Texas Senate must vote for his ouster. Otherwise, Paxton may return to office at the end of the trial.
