Overlooked Biden executive order could have greatest harmful impact

Applying common sense through a cost-benefit analysis - including consideration of long-term costs such as environmental impact - the Trump administration rule was to eliminate two regulations for every new regulation that was implemented.

Now, in an executive order that has been largely overlooked, President Biden not only is reversing the Trump policy, he's taking regulatory power a step further.

Titled "Modernizing Regulatory Review," the order shows that for the Biden administration, regulatory power is more than a means of protecting lives and maintaining an even playing field.

Released late in the evening of his first day in office, Jan. 20, the order signals Biden's intent to eliminate the cost-benefit analysis that, the editors point out, "For many decades has served as at least a modest brake on the ambitions of regulators."

The Post affirmed that Biden's order is "Game changing," possibly leading, according to analysts, to a "Break with 40 years of conservative policy."

Clyde Wayne Crews, a regulation expert at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, warned that Biden's order is "Likely to do away with cost-benefit analysis by elevating unquantifiable aims as benefits and deny costs of regulation altogether," Issues & Insight pointed out.

In an interview on MSNBC's "All In," the New York lawmaker said the orders Biden issued Wednesday on climate change, in particular, show "a good-faith openness and relationship" to the party's progressive activist base.

America Under Occupation But Doesn't Know It Yet

America is under OCCUPATION , but because of a negligent media and intel agencies, seems almost totally unaware of it yet.

Occupations through history have included the Christmas Eve 1979 one when the Soviets moved into Afghanistan; the occupation of the Channel Islands by the Germans during World War II.'Occupation of America'.

The 'Occupation of America' was staged by Democrat activists whose first move after Occupation due to a questionable election, with the help of the mainstream and social media, was to silence any and all dissent.

The outward signs of the Democrat Occupation of America are plain to see, but covertly camouflaged in order to keep the masses in a state of confusion.

The only other occupation to take place in America before the latest one is when OWS took over Zuccotti Park.

"The people milling about in public parks in cities now under Occupation look like harmless hippies, but they're conscripted soldiers for Obama, some on pay better than what is being paid to selfless soldiers of the real army risking life and limb for freedom in countries far from home."

Meanwhile America is not just in government-mandated lockdown, it is under Democrat OCCUPATION. Occupied masses are watching the total destruction of America by the devious Democrats, from home via the Internet and cable television networks.

Bare-Knuckle Brawl Over GameStop Pits America's Elites Vs. ‘Deplorables'

Only someone living under a rock hasn't heard about the GameStop stock market shorting scandal.

First, in case you don't know what "Shorting" a stock is, it's basically borrowing a number of shares of a given stock to sell at the current price.

If the stock plunges in the following weeks to, say, $30 a share, that person could buy back the 100 shares and pay back the lender.

What if the stock rockets up instead? In that case, the person holding the stock could theoretically be on the hook for nearly unlimited losses as the stock soars.

What's different about the short squeeze for GameStop stock is that it's not big institution vs. big institution, but a bunch of no-name market guerrillas operating on a Reddit sub-feed called WallStreetBets that caused havoc among funds that had taken hefty, and very risky, short positions in the slumping GameStop.

All because an online group got tired of seeing its own stock go down due to short-selling, and decided as a group to buy the stock instead. As GameStop share prices rose, the short-sellers got hammered, and their losses were immense.

A number of online trading platforms, including Robinhood, shut down trading on GameStop and dozens of other "Volatile" stocks, in effect giving the stocks nowhere to go but down.

Kushner and 3 Trump-Era Officials Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

Former White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, his deputy, Avi Berkowitz, as well as former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and former Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Ron Dermer, have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for their roles in negotiating four normalization deals between Israel and Arab nations.

"These Accords, which have brought about normalization between Israel and several Sunni Arab nations, fulfill all the criteria for the prize," Dershowitz wrote in his nomination letter, as cited by the Jerusalem Post.

"They hold the promise of an even broader peace in the Middle East between Israel, the Palestinians and other Arab nations. They are a giant step forward in bringing peace and stability to the region, and even to the world," he wrote.

"The recent Abraham Accords between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain both reflect and augur a growing strategic alignment between Israel and key American partners in the Middle East, driven primarily by the worsening Iranian nuclear and regional threats," the Jewish Institute for National Security of America, a pro-Israel think tank based in Washington, said in a statement.

In a November report, JINSA urged the Trump administration to further strengthen its efforts to contain Iran by moving Israel to the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility from the U.S European Command area of responsibility, which the Pentagon did on Jan. 15.

Kushner, who is former President Donald Trump's son-in-law, and Berkowitz, who was the Middle East envoy, were key figures in negotiating deals between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco.

Dershowitz, in his letter to the Nobel committee, said he wanted to "Emphasize the enormous contributions to peace made by Jared Kushner, Avrahm Berkowitz, David Friedman, and Ron Dermer," insisting that "These men played especially important roles," in the peace deals.

Hidden video alleges Facebook plans to work with Biden administration on their 'top priorities', 'through a social justice lens'

Project Veritas released insider recordings from Facebook on Sunday night, where Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg appears to say that the social media platform wants to "Work... with [Biden] on some of their top priorities."

In the video Zuckerberg can be heard to say that "In his first day, President Biden already issued a number of executive orders on areas that we as a company really care quite deeply about."

"At the moment," Clegg clarified," those democratically elect-democratically agreed rules don't exist.

"I want every major decision to run through a social justice lens," Austin said.

Zuckerberg praised the Biden administration for their unilateral approach to governance, as evidenced by the ceaseless executive orders, saying "I think that these were all important and positive steps , and I am looking forward to opportunities where Facebook is going to be able to work together with this new administration on some of their top priorities, starting with the COVID response."

In the full video, Zuckerberg could be heard to say "This is a very difficult moment for a lot of us here, and especially our black colleagues. It was troubling to see how people in this [Capitol] mob were treated compared to the stark contrast we saw during [BLM] protests earlier this [past] year."

These leaked recordings appear to be from January, recorded on January 7 and 21, respectively.

Republicans who backed Trump impeachment face rising rebuke, including censure

Republicans who have supported Donald Trump's impeachment from South Dakota to South Carolina are getting a painful reminder of just how powerful the former president remains within the Republican Party ranks.

Rep. Tom Rice was the latest to feel the wrath of Trump supporters when the South Carolina state GOP voted to censure him this weekend for his vote two weeks ago supporting the House Democrats impeachment article.

"Trying to impeach a president, with a week left in his term, is never legitimate and is nothing more than a political kick on the way out the door," state GOP Chairman Drew McKissick said after Saturday's vote.

"Congressman Rice's vote unfortunately played right into the Democrats' game, and the people in his district, and ultimately our State Executive Committee, wanted him to know they wholeheartedly disagree with his decision." Rice has said he knows his vote could cost him the seat he has held since 2013, but was unbowed after Saturday's vote, saying he "Will never cower before any master, save my God." I cannot ignore this blatant violation of our constitution, regardless of whether the President is a Republican or a Democrat, or regardless of his name being Donald Trump.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., traveled all the way to Wyoming last week to rally against Rep. Liz Cheney, the No. 3 House Republican, after she was the highest ranking Republican to vote for Trump's impeachment.

"I believe that her impeachment vote revealed who she has allegiance to, and I don't think the voters will forget it any time soon," Bouchard told CNN. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., another of the 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach Trump, said Sunday he has been shunned by family and friends and told he was "Possessed by the devil" since his vote.

"Look it's really difficult. I mean, all of a sudden imagine everybody that supported you, or so it seems that way, your friends, your family, has turned against you. They think you're selling out," the Illinois congressman told NBC's "Meet the Press." Even Republicans who haven't voted for Trump's impeachment but have challenged his assertion there was widespread voter fraud last November are feeling the wrath.
